Overall good hotel, very nice rooms and well located for a business trip.

Clean room. Helpful staff.

The room was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with options of buffet or hot food off the menu. The staff at breakfast and at the desk were very friendly. Originally we booked a Standard room and was disappointed that it was right above the bar and could hear/ feel the music/ vibrations despite the rooms being sound proofed. After speaking to the receptionist, they moved us to a different room above the reception which was lovely and quiet. I can't imagine this is ever an issue mid week. The receptionist was very nice about it and made sure we were happy the next morning. We had a lovely stay overall and would definitely consider staying again next time we are in Newcastle!

Ideally located for the cricket match we were attending, the hotel was easy to find close to the A1. Reception was welcoming and our room was large, well maintained and beautifully prepared (by Nelli). We had no problems with noise and slept well on the large and comfortable bed. Nothing had been missed: it was wonderful.

Love the location of this super hotel , bus stop outside and Metro station a short walk away. Great breakfast and very helpful staff.

Good quality basic hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Everything was clean and working, particularly the air conditioning in the room. The room was serviced daily, including new tea and coffee. Excellent continental breakfast with various cooked options in addition. The smart TV with BBC iPlayer was an added bonus. The hotel Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The room was a bit small and dark, but comfortable as a place to sleep.

The bar was great, atmopshere very good/busy Breakfast could be a bit better, wasn't poor but there is room for improvement

Two nights stay. I should have booked an accessable room, or extras like .. a rail in the shower and one to help get out would have been extremely useful. The shower itself was good. The Restaurant is very good. Staff are very helpful

Unfortunately we arrived too late to eat in the restaurant, but the receptionists recommended a takeaway who delivered and then supplied crockery and cutlery. Our room was upgraded and we were very impressed with it, the size of the extremely comfortable bed and the Arran toiletries in the shower room. Great choice at breakfast and would definitely recommend. The staff were very friendly and he.

Friendly staff, nice and quiet room with an excellent breakfast. Location is very convenient for the airport.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Within easy reach of Newcastle and the MetroCentre. However, our room was on the front, on a busy road, so it was noisy early in the morning.
