Helpful staff. We had need of medical assistance and the hotel staff were helpful and provided Bandaids. The hotel room was clean and had a good sized bathroom with a decent shower. The breakfast was reasonable.

Great location. Very close to train, metro and shopping.

The hotel is very clean, the Staff are very helpful and friendly. We arrived after over 30 hours flying, very tired and were able to check in early which we were very grateful. We joined a tour the next day which included 2 nights stay at this hotel, we were able to stay in the same room for the whole 3 nights which was great as it meant we didn’t have to pack our cases and move rooms. It is quite close to the airport and a few minutes walk to the Metro which then is only 6 stops to the centre of town. There is a supermarket next door, and a shopping centre 5mins walk away.

No AC in the rooms. It was hot and uncomfortable. Parking was expensive at $20 per day. Shower was tiny.

We're used to hotels having AC. Unfortunately, this supplies a small electric fan to help cool the room. While our current hotel has 4 fluffy pillows per bed, these beds had a single, very thin flat pillow. Thankfully, my memory foam neck pillow worked perfectly under the pillow, to provide the elevation I'm accustomed to. These differences are related to the different customs of Danish countries compared to North America. Having said that, the staff very good.

Room size isn’t that big, parking is difficult to find unless you’re willing to walk 10 minutes to the Field’s mall. Breakfast options are limited.. staff are friendly and helpful. Location is convenient.

Twin beds are like camping cot size - narrow. No fridge, A/C or phone in room. For C$423. Per night it was definitely lacking.

Location was excellent - easy access to train lines. Quiet and clean room. Netto nearby. Shopping mall nearby. Would stay again!

I had the pleasure of staying here a few nights and it was great. Super nice staff, well appointed room, a new build so everything is fresh, good sound proofing, and super easy connections to airport and info central Copenhagen (M1 line and train station just 3min walk up the road). Most definitely recommend for anyone visiting Copenhagen or wider afield. A great stay for the price point and I will be back!

It was a nice stay, and the staff was incredible

It is extremely close to the Royal Arena venue which is helpful for lining up early and being able to go back to the room when needed. The hotel bar is small but nice after a show. The pillows are terrible, as they have no support. I was here in the winter and I found it extremely hot. The thermostat in the room is just a small wheel and did not seem to lower the heat. Even with the window open I sweated like crazy while sleeping.

A bit frustrating - we booked a family room on Hotels.com specifically because it was shown in the images as a king bed and two bunks. When we arrived we found out it was a king bed and a very small sofa bed - not great when we are a couple with two grown up children. The hotel did not have any other rooms available, and in the end the floor was my best option.

Very clean, modern and the breakfast is great.

I booked the four points at the wrong location. I was not allowed to switch and had to pay twice the hotel stay… insane
