A great apartment in central Palma, high end and great welcoming with a glass of cava!

Attentive reception staff both on arrival and departure and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely duplex apartment within walking distance of shops, bars although care needs to be taken on the apartment's open staircase down to the main bedroom and on the steep staircase up to the roof terrace. Only thing preventing a full 5 stars is that the property, which sleeps up to 4 and was booked for our family of 3, was only set up for 2 persons - the sofa bed had no available bedding (although reception did rectify this immediately on notifying), there were only 2 bath towels, 2 mugs etc but as we were only staying for 1 night this wasn't so much of a problem.

Incredible location in old Palma, close to everything, great for people that like to walk. Many cafes, bars, restaurants and activities close by. Staff were amazing, helped with any issues immediately. Beautiful room, clean quiet and large.

The suite was perfect for travel with a small child with separate area - lovely and clean - staff were fantastic and friendly with our son. Breakfast was delicious and so convenient being in the hotel next door - best of both worlds

Perfect stay

This was my second time staying and it’s hands down one of my favorite places in Mallorca. The staff is incredible and the apartments are perfect.

The property is located within easy walking distance from great restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Easy cab or bus ride to great beach. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Suites are spacious enough. Fully equipped kitchen which is refreshed daily. Concierge staff friendly and knowledgeable.

We had an amazing stay at Samaratina. Communication before our stay was excellent and the reception staff were amazing. The apartment itself was perfect and had all the equipment we needed. We loved the roof terrace too! They let us leave our bags on check in and check out day and arranged a suprise bottle of cava and chocs for my birthday! 10/10. Couldn’t recommend enough.

A lovely spacious suite, comfortable and beautifully decorated in the ideal location to enjoy the historic centre of Palma. The welcome we received on check in from Lorena was warm and efficient and she took time to share her personal recommendations to ensure we got the most from our visit. Highly Recommended.

Separate yet attached to a fabulous hotel. Pay for the breakfast - it's worth every penny. Staff incredibly attentive. Property in wonderful location.
