The room is clean, that's all you can get, because all the zonk, breakfast, amenities are not there. Just a room, wow. Even though the price can be for booking a 1 star hotel which is all complete. Hopefully management will really make changes for customer comfort. Booked for 3 people but only 1 bed was a UK queen.

Up to this point it was stated that the room I booked had no water. Finally had to upgrade cash. No qris. Qris must be for 40 people. Because it was almost dusk and I hadn't had time to look for another hotel, I was too lazy to argue so I just accepted it and paid cash (the upgrade was more than 100% of the room price that had been paid). What I got was a bathroom like the one in the photo, the shower like that. There was no hot water at all, even though that was what was promised when I upgraded. The bed smelled of mold, so if you want to stay here, bring your own sheets and pillowcases. There were worms in the bathroom tub, so I drained it first to get the worms out. The positive thing is the water is cold, typical of the mountains, fresh. But you have to be prepared to be cold without hot water. I checked out very early in the morning, without having breakfast, so I don't know what the food tastes like. To the owner, please fix these trapping methods, there will be no repeat orders if you don't change.

Pelayanan di hotel ini sangat buruk, saya check in jam 5 dan kamar belum siap. Saya minta selimut dan baru dikasih jam 9. Handuk tidak diberi sama petugas dengan alasan kehabisan handuk dan bilang untuk famy room memang tidak disediakan handuk.

Petugas hotel salah memberikan type kamar hotel yang sudah dipesan. Hingga jam 10.30 malam baru dipindah sesuai yang dipesan. Untuk breakfast bukan dari hotel tapi membeli dari luar. So far kamar type family besar ada 2 kamar dalam 1 type. Lumayan puas hanya saja salah memberikan kamar dari awal masuk.

The facilities do not match expectations, the bathroom has no water heater, the shower is broken, the tv is also old school, tube tv. No towels and other toiletries are provided.

The hotel is quite clean comfortable but unfortunately quiet.

The courteous friendly waiters are very helpful in service.

Kamarnya bersih, nyaman banget di depannya pas banget ada taman bermain, pelayanannya juga ramah.
