This lovely small hotel has really thought of every to insure you have a super stay in Nice ! The lovely owner is very helpful as is all the staff I encountered there on my stay .Comfortable bed , ac and an elevator too ….I recommend the light breakfast as a way to start your day . I hope to return someday Merci

This was a charming small boutique hotel with superb service. The owner, Nicholas, was on site and extremely helpful and so pleasant. The gals who cleaned my room were wonderful. When I arrived late, the instructions as to enter the hotel were perfect. I did not have the breakfast though cappuccino...3 euros. Everyone at this hotel were lovely. my room was small but with a French balcony. I would definitely stay here again. The location was 5 star!!!

We had an excellent 3 night stay. The check in desk staff were very helpful and gave good suggestions. The room was very comfortable (“modern French”) and the separate area for our toddler in the triple room was very helpful. The staff had helpfully set up a baby bed for us even without asking.. the area is very walkable, close to the beach and Jean Medicin, and has plenty of shops and restaurants. The housekeeping was excellent - diligent and very thorough. No complaints! We had a great stay!

Short walk to tramway and train station. Bakery and grocery store across the street. One block away from dining options. Short walk to beach. Very friendly staff. Air conditioning great however goes on your back when sleeping.

Area great to walk everywhere- staff super friendly

I stayed for three nights. The location is superb. Right at the center of Nice, you can walk to almost anywhere: the breach, shopping, and many great restaurants nearby. Also 5 min walk to the tram that takes you to the airport and 10 min walk to the train station. The hotel staff were nice and helpful. The room was basic but clean and quiet.

I had a wonderful experience at the Palm Boutique Hôtel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly courteous, kind, and welcoming. They even allowed me to check in a couple of hours early, which made a huge difference after a long journey. The decor was really calming. Everything about the space just felt peaceful and thoughtfully put together. It created a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. I will come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the location was great for the beach, shops and restaurants and was easily walkable to the train station for day trips too. The hotel was clean and the staff super friendly! We had an issue with our flight being cancelled and the staff were so helpful moving stuff around so we could stay in our room a few extra nights! This is a great base for exploring Nice and further afield and we would definitely stay here again!

Great value. Central location with parking across the street. Welcoming staff. They offer you beach towels for 3 euros which is such a nice touch so you can save money at the beach.

Excellent quiet location and staff were brilliant. Very friendly and helpful. We have stayed in several areas of Nice previously, but found this very convenient.

Great hotel

Very convenient. Comfortable. The deck was roomy. Management was great. Zero complaints.

The front desk receptionist upon arriving was very helpful and offered many suggestions and full property descriptions and requirements. The room was quaint and had everything we needed for a two night stay. Two small negatives about the room was that the bathroom shower was quite small and the room was on the humid side, despite the air conditioning working well, however, the bed was fine and we enjoyed our stay. We weren’t visiting Nice for the hotel and we were able to sleep relatively comfortably each night. They only offer a continental breakfast so we chose to find a local patisserie instead. The city was wonderful and we were able to walk to most areas, and the transit system was great for a day trip to Monaco.
