We spent a wonderful week at this hotel and truly had an unforgettable experience. While I won’t go into detail about the facilities, cleanliness, spa, pool, or dining options—those are well-covered in other reviews—I want to focus on what made our stay exceptional: the people. From the concierge to the restaurant and bar staff, housekeeping, and every team member we encountered, the service was outstanding. Everyone greeted us with genuine smiles and a warm attitude, always ready to assist in the most professional and thoughtful way. Their ability to connect with guests on both a personal and respectful level created a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel completely at ease. It’s the staff who elevated our stay from great to truly memorable. Their dedication, kindness, and attention to detail are what set this hotel apart. I’d like to send a personal message to the management: your team is your greatest asset. The Aubamar suite and spar is exceptional in all areas The rooms beautiful as were the staff .The exceptional pool area with lots of space between sun beds. Also very quiet and so relaxing. Thank you for a fabulous holiday

We loved our stay in the hotel, the room was clean and the staff were very accommodating. We were slightly disappointed by the noise from outside of the hotel, we didn’t realise how much of a party scene the location was. The breakfast food was incredible, however the dinner menu could do with having fresher items on the menu, rather than the same each night - we thought the pool bar food was better than the dinner menu. The facilities of the hotel were great! We would recommend this hotel.

Lovely decor and super clean rooms with all you could need in them. Pool areas had plenty of loungers (was there out of season, 13th sept). Nice little shallow pool for kids too. Spa was lovely, with multiple temperatures and functions across several areas. Staff always so friendly across the whole hotel. Breakfast buffet was very well stocked with quality food, cocktails delicious by the pool and we had a delicious meal in one evening too. Would highly recommend as was only 10 mins to the airport too. And the bus very easy to get into Palma. Sadly the area around the hotel was too rowdy for us, not what we had expected at all, and the beach so crowded with stag and hen dos enjoying the german themed bars and food.

The location was great and so many good beaches around the area to go. Property is nice and clean. Breakfast was great with variety of options to pick. All staff were great and very helpful. Differently recommend the hotel, location and comfort to whom ever looking for a place in this beautiful island.

Loved everything , friendly staff

Suites were spacious, very clean and had modern, calming decor. Really spacious comfortable balcony with nice seating. All the staff were lovely and very helpful in catering for coeliac dietary requirements at breakfast. Small negative is the surrounding area is near a party strip. Once you were in your room this was not an issue as it was sound proof but put us off sitting on the balcony a little.

Loved this hotel! We came after a hectic week in Morocco and this place was just what we needed. The front desk people were very nice and helpful. We were there during a June heatwave and relaxed at one of the many pools. It was not overly crowded, could easily get a lounge chair and the pool was clean. No fighting for space. We had a spacious balcony overlooking the pool area - was awesome. We had breakfast and lunch here and the food was good. Dinner menu was a little weird so we walked down to the beach area where there are so many restaurants to choose from and a lot of activity - perfect if you like people watching or find a bar for after dinner. I wished we could have stayed longer and it definitely makes we want to come back here. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing hotel but located in the middle of a german party area. Beautiful interior and exterior, so nice and spatious balcony, very sweet, friendly and serviceminded staff all over the hotel, spotless cleaning, nice breakfast, nice drinks and a beautiful spa. We loved the hotel but the neighbourhood is unfortunately really bad with lashings of drunk people.

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming my stay was very nice however I put some clothes in what I thought was a laundry basket under the work top on the Sunday night I came home from my work on the Monday and put some more clothes in the laundry basket I came home again on Tuesday and again I put more clothes in the laundry basket I went to work on the Wednesday morning and came home Wednesday night and my clothes were gone so I went to reception to tell them I did not want my clothes washed from the hotel as they do shrink some T Shirts only to be told that what I thought was a laundry basket was only a garbage bin 2 days later I was told that the person that cleaned the room through all my clothes out why the person did not empty the bin for 3 days if she had emptied on the first day I would have only lost a pair of sock and underwear but because she never emptied it for 3 days I had Lecoste polos in it aswell no apologies or anything the staff said they must have through them

Fantastic hotel. Breakfast was elite and spa access was well worth it. A bit removed from the chaos from the main strip, so it felt a bit tucked away from the noise. Super friendly staff and a great location. Cannot recommend enough.

Gorgeous hotel, rooms are beautiful and pool area and spa are lovely. Shame about the surrounding area, 1 street away there is a very noisy and rowdy street of bars. We also felt that the staff could have been friendlier, upon checking in we didn’t feel that we received the nicest reception which made us feel slightly uncomfortable.
