Reception was very helpful, as Expedia somehow let me booked a room for my family of four but the hotel only allowed 3 people in one room. Receptionist helped me solved the issue without me paying any extras and allowed us to stayed in one room.

Amazing property and staff. We really enjoyed our time here. The breakfast was amazing and both indoor and outdoor pools were stunning. Our rooms were sparkly clean too! Highly recommend

Staff were rude at times. I had to upgrade to fit our family in the room and the whole stay, they kept telling me the room was for 3 x people only, even to the point of housekeeping coming back to remove the extra bed they had just put up! Our room number was neither on any breakfast sheets so were always questioned if we had paid for it or not. No information on how to try the kids club. Spa staff were rude, wouldn’t even let the kids wear goggles to swim in the pool. Not a 5* experience. The hotel itself is nice and very well done.

The breakfast was okay. Plenty of amenities to engage with. The style and aesthetic is astonishing! Not all rooms are built the same, was a bit annoyed that we got a room with a shower window that reveals everything in the bathroom from the bedroom. Other than that, it is one of my favourite staycations. Great location -you have everything you need!

Generally a good quality hotel worth staying at for a short break. It’s worth noting that the recent merger between the two prior separate hotels causes issues. In fact, the hotel has a bit of a split personality. Make sure to stay in the sea side suites building if you want the better service. Staffing remains an issue with breakfast and dinner service quite poor at times. Food quality was ok. Nothing special. Definitely not 5 stars. Also, be aware that the local neighbourhood is a party zone filled with low end bars and night spots which is not nice at all for families.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. From the room, to the staff and the aesthetics of the hotel! It felt so luxurious! The views were amazing too and the hotel location is only a few minute walk from the beach, would deffo reccommend staying here!

Overall the hotel is beautiful and the staff are friendly and work hard to make your stay enjoyable. Also the breakfast is great. However, a major downside if that rooms have very little soundproofing so you can hear everything from other rooms, which in our case also included hearing the couple above us having sex (our child was thankfully asleep at this point). Also having a meal in the hotel (apart from breakfast which was included) is ridiculously overpriced. €120 for two adults and a child (drinks not included). The food was delicious but portions very small. Finally the hotel is in the horrible German party area. So while I appreciate the lovely staff, I wouldn’t go back.

Stayed for 4 nights with family and overall it was lovely and probably the most aesthetic hotel I’ve ever stayed at! We opted for half board- lovely breakfast every morning with plenty to choose from, but dinner can be a hit or miss (especially with dietary requirements of halal- never the less we were looked after and was specially prepared a lovely tofu dish which was really kind). The coffees are amazing too! Location is great- only 5 mins from the airport and around 15 minutes from the old town and a couple minute walk from the beach. Also all staff were incredibly helpful and friendly- So in regards to that, it was great. However, there are a few important aspects to raise which did cause a slight dent in our stay. Firstly, you only get drinks (even water) included for breakfast, not dinner- we had to pay almost €6 for a bottle of water! Also, only 1 bottle of water a day is provided in rooms, which isn’t enough - I think it is important for the hotel to promote hydration. We stayed in a standard room, and here the walls are really thin (could hear next door coughing and their tv) - the shower leaks too and floods the bathroom slightly. I would recommend to try and upgrade to a suite if possible because it seems to have more benefits. The hotel building is split into 2- 1 side for all standard rooms, and 1 for all junior suites - I am frustrated that I was not informed that in the junior suite building there are more seating spaces, restaurants and another spa…

The staff are nice but they are overwhelmed and didn’t seem to have a grasp on how things were running. The lack of staff meant you were always having to chase for more drinks or where your food was. The first night at the restaurant was a disaster and we had to wait for 2 hours for our food, which when you have 3 kids with you is miserable. It did improve over the following evenings, but I can’t forgive being served prawns on top of some soggy fries when I ordered lobster 😂😂😂

Positive; beautiful resort and friendly staff. Location is central to bus stop and shops. Cons: The rooms were dusty and not clean. I spent four(4) nights and my bedding was never changed. It took a phone to the desk to insist on having the bathroom cleaned. Breakfast and dinner choices are limited. The choice of coffee is limited .

Staff was so rude, room was broken. I checked in late around 6-7PM, and my room was weird. First, the bathroom lights wouldn't turn on. I went down to the front desk to ask for service, asking them to send someone over in 5-10 minutes since I had to re-park my car. David, the guy who checked me in, said to make it quick since his staff has to go home lol. I did. Staff comes up to the room and opens up the ceiling of my room to gain access to some electro lines or whatever. All good. Then I realize that all the outlets (charging plugs) are not working. Frustrated that this room is broken, I go back down and request room change since this room is clearly broken. David, the guy who checked me in and was there the whole time for my service requests, not once apologized. No sorry for inconveneience, no nothing. He just said that he can't change the room since if he changes the room and "another tiny thing" is not working, I will come back down to complain. So rude and condescending. I'm not sure how it is characterized as tiny that the entire bathroom light is not working and that the whole outlets in the room is not working that I couldn't charge my phone. So rude that I will personally persuade everyone who considers this hotel to rethink and book somewhere else. The serviceman was very nice, though he did not speak any English, he was kind and apologetic about the inconvenience. He ended up switching the room for me (I'm assuming he realized the outlet was not a quick fix).

I was there for 1 night for my birthday and stayed at a suite with hut tub. First the great things - spa area was amazing, room is warm and comfortable, views are great, aesthetics, staff. so good - the negative - the Hot Tub didnt work!!!! which is one of the reasons for paying more for the room - VERY disappointed as everything else so great - including the food (recommend half board) - such a frustrating end to the day with no working hot tub and no way to fix it before left...took the shine off a great stay
