Clean room, had everything I needed and a comfy bed. Didn’t get breakfast as had to leave before it was served so can’t comment on that. One staff member I interacted with was helpful.

Room was clean, towels and pillows poor quality, bathroom radiator boiling hot, despite turning thermostat down. Dirty tablecloths and poor choice of continental breakfast. Poor sleep due to traffic noise.

Lovely place to stay in Cheltenham. The room was full of character and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and it included a good breakfast. I would recommend this hotel. We stayed in a superior room. Shower was nice and hot. Parking reasonable in nearby bay.

The staff were very nice, breakfast was delicious! Easy walk to a lot of restaurants, pubs, M & S. Public parking across the street, laundry 3 blocks away.

A beautiful property, tastefully decorated. Bedroom was lovely and very clean. Generous breakfast and lovely friendly hosts. Situated next to a beautiful park.

It was great and fantastic value. Only comment is that my room (7) was cold, but maybe I should have checked the radiator settings! I'll definitely stay again.

The room was ok but too small and had only one small silly chair. Breakfast was very good.

No complaints from here!
