The location is great, close to restaurants and a 7-Eleven, and very close to the Ding Ding train station. It's also a short walk to the HKU MTR station. However, the area in front of the hotel is a bit deserted at night as it's not on a main road.
The room amenities are good, with water, snacks, and capsule coffee provided. There's a power adapter and USB charging ports, but the bathroom doesn't have a bidet, which is standard for Hong Kong.
The staff are lovely, helpful, and always smiling. Everyone is very kind.
The room is very clean and spacious. My room had a harbor view, which was truly beautiful – a 180-degree view of the bay. The only downside was that the window on the outside of our room was cloudy and dirty. While the view was okay in person, photos didn't do it justice; the dirt on the glass was more noticeable than the view itself.
I'm not giving a perfect score for cleanliness because on the second day of my stay, after I requested room cleaning before going out, the blanket had a small red stain. I was too tired to mention it, just avoided using the blanket in that area. I'm not sure if the hotel changed the blanket after the cleaning the next day, as I just went straight to sleep on other days and didn't notice.
