The worst hotel I've ever stayed in.. The bathroom door is broken, the sheets are not changed, the floor is dirty, the toilet is dirty.. the room is for 3 people, only 1 towel, there are cockroaches.. don't stay here.

Hotel Paling Terok Saya Pernah Tinggal.. Pintu bilik mandi rosak, cadar xtukar, lantai kotor tandas kotor.. bilik utk 3 org tuala 1 saja, ada lipas.. jgn stay sini lah

Did not check-in, too smelly and dirty. Requested for full refund. Called to Traveloka, always delay to get my refund.

Bad. Nightmare. D's picture is not exactly the same as hotel reality. Narrow, there are cockroaches, rotten. Regret. Frustrated.
