​This was our second stay at the Aoyama Grand, and just like before, everything was perfect. We stayed in Suite 246 and loved every single detail of the room. The mid-century modern decor is exactly my style, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the minibar is a wonderful bonus. The restaurants are all excellent, and the bar on the fourth floor has fantastic drinks, good vibes, and great music. Having said all of that, what truly makes this place special is the staff. They are professional and courteous, yet warm and friendly, always doing their best to ensure you feel completely at home. I will definitely be staying at the Aoyama Grand again on my next trip.

Always a wonderful stay here. Unlimited mini bar in hotel room. Breakfast drinks included with stay. Dinner at Rossi is also delicious, make reservations if you can. Helpful staff and great location

10/10 Experience! We had a group of 9 people and the staff was super accommodating and friendly. The rooms are incredibly beautiful and spotless, plus the best shower experience I’ve had at a hotel. Also highly recommend taking advantage of the breakfast they have to offer. We will definitely be back!

Love this boutique hotel. The location is great, rooms are modern and spacious with amazing cityscape views (and on nice days mt Fuji!). The in-room snacks and beverages were awesome too, and included!!! Great value compared to Edition and Janu, which were amazing as well but in a completely different price bracket.

Friendly staff , easy checking - no Expedia VIP benefit or mentionned. Breakfast staff needs a lot of training, forgot my order, brought the wrong things twice.

I love staying at The Aoyama Grand. It's been my favorite hotel in Tokyo for the past 5 years. I have visited around six or seven times: a beautiful property, amazing rooms, and an extraordinary location.

We had a most wonderful time at the aoyama grand. The rooms and service were 5-star. The staff was incredibly helpful in helping to find restaurants, holding our bags after check out and ordering a taxi for us. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

We stayed in the suite and it was an amazing experience. En suite washer/dryer was hugely helpful for my family. Complimentary airport pickup from NRT is a huge $200 USD savings. What a perfect experience at Aoyama Grand!

We loved the design and service. It is absolutely professional and top class but the same laid back. The margaritas at the fourth floor are amazing!
