The best hotel for its service, the hotel is fragrant and clean. Unfortunately, you have to pay for the minibar when you take it. My experience staying at Gaia Hotel Bandung is that the minibar is completely free, and is refilled when it runs out.

The best hotel for its very friendly service, the hotel is very clean and fragrant. It's just a shame that you have to pay for the mini bar if you take it. I stayed at Gaia Hotel Bandung for the mini bar, everything was free and it was refilled every day.

This hotel has great rooms, facilities, and service, but what stands out the most is the incredible taste of the food! Moreover, the restaurant is the highest in Surabaya, offering a stunning view of the city. We even decided to staycation here for a few days (instead of touring Surabaya as originally planned) so we wouldn't miss the breakfast, afternoon snacks, and delicious dinners that were so tasty and unforgettable. Even though the menu changes every day, everything is still delicious. For those in Surabaya, I highly recommend staying here and especially trying the food at The Westin Club on the 39th floor. Guaranteed to be satisfying.

Got a room right next to the club lounge. It was very easy. Next time I want that room again, Mr. Manager ☺️. Very comfortable and makes you feel at home. Complete food from morning to night is available. No need to look for food outside. It's worth it to book a club room. Satisfied
