The rooms are not according to the order, badly.

Nice hotel, and comfortable for families.

The hotel unilaterally informed us that we did not check-in because we just checked-in around 11pm on the same day, so our room was given to another guest and we were forced to stay in another room which was damp, the bathroom door could not be closed and another room on the 3rd floor, and the hotel arbitrarily said if you don't want it, just cancel it, it's already midnight, well the room offered was forced to be taken with an additional fee because we were tired and at night we forgot to ask for a payment receipt because we didn't thought the hotel gave information that we did not check-in so we were penalized (paid again) We only received this information via email after we arrived in Banda Aceh. In conclusion this hotel is not recommended, cannot be trusted.

Kamar kurang bersih, cat dindingnya luntur, kamar mandi ada kecoa nya, dalam kamar mandi kunci pun tak ada, gantungan baju gak ada, bingung mau gantung dimana, tempat BAB harus siram manual, tapi staf nya sangat ramah, alhamdulillah disemprot ba*gon dulu di kamar mandi, sehingga kecoa nya ilang, semoga ke depan lebih baik.

When we arrived in the middle of the night, the room we ordered said it had been dismantled and we were given another room with an additional fee.

The location is in the city, near the Arabika coffee shop.

The bathroom is not clean, hopefully in the future it can be repaired again.

The overall facilities are less than the deluxe suite suite with a large bed, which is given a twin (as shown in the photo) one room's light bulb is off (already asked for a change, but nothing) thanks.

Cleanliness is lacking. Usually provided a toothbrush, toothpaste, soap and shampoo. AC is not cold enough. The room smells of cigarette smoke.

The hotel is dark, the bathroom is really dirty, the service is not good, for those of you who want to stay here, it's better to look for something else.

The bathrooms are cramped and less clean, WiFi on the 3rd floor is absent, others are satisfied.
