All is good, the AC is cold, the bed is comfortable like jelly, not stiff, only there is no bolster. Just a note for the bathroom, the water for the shower is very small, the water drip is even faster from the water tap below, and the smell is really bad even though there is no dirt or anything, please fix the water pipe.

For the environment and proximity to the city, it is close, but the condition of the bathroom is bad, so when you shower, the water cannot be disposed of properly in the sewer. For wifi, if you don't ask for the password, the guard won't give it to you, and the room is also a bit damp.

The room was not clean, especially the bathroom. The shower water was not strong enough.

I stayed in a Superior Queen Bed room, in room C9.1. It was quite clean, the water flow was normal, the hot water worked well, it was still warm after taking a shower several times, the AC was really cool. The downside is, there was no table tissue, from the moment I entered the bathroom tissue was left empty without being refilled, the soap and shampoo were not labeled, so I didn't know which was soap and shampoo, the trash can was not given a plastic bag, in the description there was a microwave facility but when I arrived it turned out there was none, I complained via WhatsApp that the microwave was broken, but when leaving the hotel another staff said the microwave was no longer available because it was too powerful and was replaced with an electric kettle. For things like tissue, soap and shampoo, the trash can is actually very trivial, so it would be a shame if it wasn't fixed, for the microwave it would be better if the description on Traveloka was changed if it was indeed no longer available. Is it worth staying here? Although there are some shortcomings, it is still worth staying here, for only around 250 thousand, you can get a room that I think is quite good for that price. I booked a superior room including heater, but if you want to use the heater you have to turn off the AC first, you should be able to use all the facilities comfortably. If the AC is off, it's uncomfortable, Then the Wi-Fi is too laggy, sometimes it even disappears, is it because it's on the 2nd floor? The room is also not soundproof, the water in the sink is also too small, the staff in the lobby when I checked out was also not friendly (female), even though I like the location of the hotel because it is very close to the city and the cleanliness is also quite good.
