Good service, good cleanliness, and my room was upgraded to family class at no extra cost. Water works fine too. Anyway, better than before when staying here. Hopefully bwalk can maintain its good. Always healthy for the employees there.

Kolam renang kotor, kamar bau, sprei bau.

1. Colokan listrik terlalu sempit di bawah kabinet TV. 2. Gagang pintu rusak. 3. Ventilasi bukan sebuah jendela. 4. Parkir sepeda motor terbuka kehujanan. 5. Tidak ada sabun dan kawan-kawannya (minimal sabun lah) 6. AC tidak dingin.

Stuffy doesn't smell good, the sheets are still dirty.

Kamar berdebu, kasur banyak noda kamar mandinya pesing, gak disikat. Masih ada sisa kotoran di toiletnya.

First came the stuffy, smelly room, on the blanket there were ants, the smelly pillowcase had not been replaced. Looks like it was never cleaned. If I don't have to because it's late, I prefer to just move hotels. 2 star hotel but very poor quality.

The hotel is not well maintained, different from what is in the photo.

First time here. Got the 2nd floor, the room was dirty with lots of dirt on the walls and floors around the room, damp, the roof was moldy to blackish green. Big hole in the bathroom door. Bed linen with stains, stuffy. Even though the price is cheap, at least it's clean.

The room seemed not cleaned, when checking in, a lot of dirt was scattered in the corridor in front of the room door, very bad management.

Can't get toiletries, no trash can, like boarding rooms.

Very good facilities for a fairly cheap price. Get a room at a price of 225 thousand for a family of 4 with AC, TV and pretty good bathroom facilities. Can park the car in front of the room again, really great. Slight minus, WiFi tends to be slow. But it's okay, there are still more pluses.

Wifi coverage is not wide enough. There is only 1 towel even though there is a minimum of 2 twin beds. The electricity often goes out especially early in the morning around 9 to 11.

The check-in process experienced problems, so it was required to order again. The constraints mentioned in the form of system disturbances regarding payments were not notified.

The mattress is dirty, there is still hair and dust.

I already made a reservation from last week but when I checked in it turned out that there were no rooms. It's okay.

No towel. No window. Early check in even for 1 hours you must pay 50thousands. Clean enough. But so crowded when there is another crew of people coming. No sound proof for the room/door. Maybe due to lebaran holiday we cannot reach the waroeng/cafetaria. So we must out from hotel to find food/drink.

The hotel is simple but cheap, there is a swimming pool, the mattress has two yf size 160 ad tv ac hot water.

The room was very dirty, dirty sheets were not replaced. Dirty bathroom. The towels provided are also dirty, the room is antsy. The door hinge is broken. The toilet when flushed suddenly leaked. Service is not fast enough, waiting for the toilet to be repaired for up to 5 hours, holding back, back and forth complaining about rooms from checking in at 1 o'clock, the room has problems, can only change rooms at 7 pm.
