Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff. easy to get to everywhere. short walk from train and bus. Good size. 3 person room

Really friendly staff, and the hotel allows guests to use a cowork area with comfy seats and cooking facilities. Free tea and coffee with lots of little nooks to sit and relax. Right next to the coast and the i360 so you don’t have far to go to all the sights of Brighton. Beds were really comfortable. The road outside is busy and can get quite noisy but quiet enough at night.

Great location! The room was fine, nothing fancy. It was comfortable for a 2 day stay.

Some of the fixtures and fittings were a bit worse for wear (side table missing a leg, chair for table very unstable and the bathroom taps were degrading). However, bedding was clean and plenty of tea and coffee making facilities. For the price we paid, it was good quality.

Room was clean and pleasant, no real hanging space for clothes. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I didn’t try the breakfast.

Great receeption staff. Clean spacious room with a fabulous costal view. Quirky reception area decor very ecelectic style which was perfect. Reliable elevator. Fantastic location near to town and all ameneties. I had to run the shower for 10 mins before it became hot and bathroom window should open for ventilation. Overall good experience.

Right at the beach. Charming. But old. Staff ok, but suddenly had to pay in advance on my way to my plain.

Rooms are not that great, they are really budget. No fridge or closet, just beds and a small table. Bathroom was okay and well equipped. Staff was super friendly and helpful. There was no breakfast for us because we booked through this platform, even though it said it was included.

No TV in room…

What a brilliant hotel! Clean, spacious bedroom and bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner etc. Excellent location, opposite the i360. We walked from the station (through the lanes and along the seafront). Tea/coffee etc.

Lovely seafront hotel with spacious rooms and comfy beds. Only downside was there was no heating and the shower wasn’t very hot.

The receptionist Andrew was particularly helpful and friendly.

We had the most incredible experience at this hotel! We picked it to be close to the water within our budget and it did not disappoint. When we arrived, the man at reception upgraded us to a sea view room as a surprise! The room was big and clean and the proximity to the waterfront is unmatched. It’s about a ten minute walk from the Lanes and the Pier but being a waterfront walk we didn’t mind it in the slightest. This is the only place we plan to stay in Brighton moving forward.

Beautiful room, lovely welcoming staff and incredible location

The staff here and other residents were lovely, friendly and helpful. I felt safe on my first solo trip as a young woman so thank you! The common areas are good for reading/laptop work and having the water tap by reception was good for staying hydrated throughout the trip. Sharing a room with others was overall a good experience and I had no trouble :) Very peaceful vibes here I would come again if i stay in Brighton another time!

What a great find - brilliant location, bargain price, clean and spacious room. But the real upsides were the helpful and friendly staff and the brilliant breakfast. "Continental breakfast" but English style - crumpets and muffins (the UK not the US style) with all the toppings including marmite (yum), freshly prepared toasties and more. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, price and clean, roomy and comfortable room. Poor lighting in room though and morning street noise. Hotel frontage and reception undergoing needed renovation. Helpful and friendly staff.

Great location and very friendly staff, but room was a bit tired and some furniture a bit scuffed. TV was on the floor and not on a table.
