The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is central and very close to Hoa Binh area, making it easy to walk to the night market. I booked a ground-floor room, mainly for sleeping at night and spending the day out exploring, so I have no complaints about the hotel's amenities. The hotel doesn't have air conditioning, but the weather was very pleasant, and the room had a fan.
