Lovely hotel in a fantastic location, near the creek and a pleasant walk along the creek to the beach. Breakfast was fabulous, delicious turkish breakfast with a choice of fried, boiled or omelette eggs. Comfortable bedrooms and beds but air con not very effective. Fabulous pool and surrounding area, with shady spots to relax in. Overall, would definitely recommend this hotel and will hopefully return ourselves.

Staff was kind and helpful, but there were noise at night either from the owners or other guests. The air ventilation was strange in a way that the balcony of next door was next to toilet ventilation, and all the smoke (and noise) from the smokers of next room was in my room too. Breakfast was average so I felt overall it was expensive.

Pool doesn’t open till 12.00. Garden room is a passage looking onto wall. Rooms are more basement than garden. The room was so damp that we asked to move. Though staff spoke no English they were helpful. Breakfast was good and only short walk to centre and river retaurants

Konumu gayet merkezi, azmak nehri kenarındaki yürüyüş yoluna sadece bir sokak mesafede. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği ve lezzeti çok iyi. Otelin ortak alanlarının tasarımı çok hoşumuza gitti. Otelin önünde araba park edecek alan mevcut. Akyakaya bir sonraki gelişimizde mutlaka tekrar uğramak isteriz.

Excellent hotel, very well appointed, spotlessly clean. All staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Would certainly stay there again.

Gumus Konak in Akyaka is excellent. The service is great, the staff are super friendly and helpful. The room we had was big and very comfortable. The decoration throughout the hotel is really beautiful. We will definitely be back!

+ Design of the hotel. Friendly staff - Small double bed - 140 cm, very firm mattress. Diesel generator that was next to our room woke us up in the morning. Breakfast was weak. They served omelette made of 1 egg for two persons. + Местный колорит, который отражается в отеле. Хороший персонал. - Узкие кровати, 140 cм шириной. Очень жесткий матрас. Рядом с нашим номером, за окном, стоял дизельный генератор. Утром его включили, и мы проснулись от жуткого шума. В отеле предлагается очень слабый завтрак. У них порция омлета из одного яйца идёт на двоих гостей.

Cok memnun kaldik. Rezervasyon yaparken merkezden cok uzak ve yukarida olur mu diye dusunmustuk. Merkezden maks 10 dk ve deniz seviyesinden de 10 m gibi yukarda. Hotelde de her sey cok guzeldi. Ozellikle kahvaltisi cok iyiydi. Tum calisanlara tesekkur ediyoruz.

odamızı upgrade ettiler. en üst katta kaldık. merdivenler bavul taşımak için pek uygun değil. odalar geniş ve konforlu. kahvaltı da tatmin edici. ortak alanlar çok geniş değil.

Otelin yeri merkezi ve iyiydi. Kaldığımız standart oda zemin kotundaydı ve odanın havalandırması yetersizdi rutubet vardı. Kahvaltıları bol çeşitli ve güzeldi. Bunun haricinde bir akşam duşta sıcak su problemi yaşadık sıcak su çok geç geldi. Çalışanlar yardım severdi.
