This hotel is a combination of modern and classic Italian styles. It has renovated rooms with modern bathrooms, but other areas of the hotel are outdated. It features a spa, sauna, thermal waters, and an outdoor pool with a spectacular view. The outdoor area is very beautiful and modern. The breakfast area and the breakfast itself are a mess — the space is small, hot, and outdated. The breakfast menu options are limited, with a lot of pastries. The fruit is placed whole, and each guest has to cut it themselves.

Delightful stay. The room was lovely, and the view from our private terrace was wonderful. Dinner was first rate. Easily walkable into San Quirico, short drive to Montalcino, Pienza, and Montalcino. Nice massage and spa. A very good value.

The view is stunning. Just a few meters from San Quirico d’Orcia. Would go back with no hesitation.

Perfect place to relax and visit Vineyard. The bed wasn’t that confortable but the rest was great.

Pool is wonderful! Location is great. Breakfast is very good and staff is very helpful. We totally enjoyed our visit if there is one criticism or would be that sleeping and bathrooms are up a staircase in the room. So if you have a problem with stairs this place might not work for you. No problem for me but could be for some.

Lovely property, delicious breakfast, enjoyed the pool. The views were spectacular. The central location was perfect for exploring the region! Would definitely stay here again.

The property was lovely but a little dated. Beakfast was good but never on time to open Beds were not comfortable but scenery is nice and good restaurant right next door is convienent.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast the hotel provided is very good. The hotel also has a very nice view.

We had a beautiful view from the balcony and the room was nice. The bathroom was well renovated. We had a very nice dinner at the restaurant and they catered for gluten free. The only criticism i have is the swimming cap rule also applies to the spa and we felt like it wouldn't be as relaxing so we didn't buy access.

Excellent views and the property was overall lovely. The nearby town San Quirico d'Orcia also had a good selection of restaurants and was a nice place to stroll in the evening.

Pros: - Good location, very close to Pienza, convenient for visiting Tuscany - Has amenities including outdoor and indoor pools although we didn’t have a chance to use it Cons: - Elevator location is not convenient located near to parking or rooms, we have to use the stairs to transport 2 of our 28-inch bag - The view is not as good as expected. We booked the valley-view which we pays a premium compare to the standard pool-view room. However the actual room we got was facing the pool in front of us. And we can only see a bit of valley on the side and most of the valley view is obstructed by some other rooms. I think it’s more appropriated to state it as a “partial valley room” in the title so people know what they are expecting.

What a wonderful place

The place is located in a very beautiful place with amazing views. The room is dated and the bed and bathroom are upstairs while the closets are downstairs- I didn’t understand that concept. You must rent a car to get here since there is only one bus going out of town and coming in to town. But the place is beautiful. The staff is friendly.

Hotel/rooms are clean and has free parking. Beautiful views from the rooms. Huge pool too.

It’s a beautiful place. But the property itself is just set up ok, food poor. Generally saying it’s a three stars hotel. Nothing wrong but nothing over value
