Spacious, clean and quiet room with a Japanese style bathroom (Spa!?). Easy check in and check out at 11am (self or staff). A convenient location, 5min (cab)from JR Wakayama, half a block from the main street where all Izakaya, restaurants, bakery and convenience stores are. Walking distance from JR Wakayama. Friendly staffs on site!

Hotel was very nice with high quality amenities. The most impressive is the service. I am writing to praise the manager Sumita San. When I asked him for a booking change, he was extremely helpful. This made this hotel very memorable for us.
