Bad smell, poor cleaning, some features need care already

The property was clean and in a decent location. Pro’s - great staff, could walk to Old Montreal, tons of restaurants a few blocks away, the apartment was clean, it was a decent size, everything worked. Con’s - furniture in condo very small and not very comfortable, no balcony furniture, air conditioner cools the living room, but not the bedroom even with air exchanger on, ‘queen’ bed (mattress on platform) very small, more like a double. No daily maid service. Over all - a decent place to stay

Had a problem with the parking. Took 2 days to get sorted. Staff member argued with me needlessly.

Place is wayyyy over priced and definitely not a 4 star. Small rooms. No door on the “bedroom”, broken shower door, super basic place. Only good thing about here is the location. Place is very misrepresented by the photos.

Clean large room. Parking is very convenient cause its close to an elevator. Room is complete. Stove, microwave, dishwasher and washer dryer.

Everything was so good

I will start with the positives about this location. The neighborhood is absolutely wonderful. If you have a dog, this is the spot for you. There is a lot of green space outside. It is two blocks from the canal and there is also a dog park located next to the hotel. There are many stores and grocery stores within a couple blocks walking distance. I rented an apartment suite. It was quite small. The furniture in the living room and dining room were extremely dated. The dining room table looked like they got it for free off of Kijiji from 1985. The sofa had white stains scattered on the cushions as well as there were white stains on the cushion of the dining room chair. The absolute worst part of my stay was that the floors of the apartment were so dirty. They didn't look dirty but after walking with my sock feet or my bare feet for more than 10 minutes, the soles of my feet were completely black. My dog's paws were dirtier from walking in the apartment than they were from coming in from outside. I actually had to keep my running shoes on in the apartment because the floors were so dirty. This really turned me off and made me feel really grossed out. That means the floors mustn't have been cleaned for weeks and weeks. Lastly, there is absolutely no service in the apartment suite. It was really difficult getting onto the internet on my cell phone in the living room and in the bedroom it was pretty much impossible. I had to go outside to use my data.

I don’t think I could have found better location for the price during our stay in Montreal. Rooms were spacious and clean. Having full kitchen helped a big deal to cook meals. Also very convenient to have parking on site with reasonable price. We were very happy with our stay and have good memories of Montreal. Highly recommend.

Our experience was wonderful. We spent 3 nights at the Griffintown Hotel. The apartment was perfect for us. The view was very nice. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to downtown and to the old Port. What a beautiful place. The apartment is like the description given in Hotel.com. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. What a perfect place to stay! One of the plus is that the hotel has a private parking. The staff was very nice, and very professional. The apartment has washer and dryer but we did not use it. I will recommend this hotel to any friend that is planning to visit Montreal. If I visit again Montreal I will stay in that hotel.

Great overall ! Just the pull out bed blocks the path to the bathroom.

Very nice but I most definitely think I could have got something better for the price.

Hotel was in a great area. Lots of gyms nearby and food choices which are all within walking distance. Sheets weren't clean when we checked in but the front desk team brought up new sheets which we had to put on. Wifi absolutely sucked so make sure you have unlimited data. We contacted the desk but they didn't have any solutions. Room was very quiet. Make sure you visit the sushi restaurant next door!

Have everything you need for an apartment style hotel. 30mins walk to the old port and have supermarket nearby. Location is great. Paid underground parking. Recommend for family travel.

Rooms were comfortable and clean but had a decent amount of wear and tear. We knew this was a lower amenity option, but didn’t realize there wasn’t a lot around the building either, so felt difficult to get things like coffee and dinner. A few difficulties - door from parking garage wouldn’t open, shower valve in room broken, pullout couch bedding lacked pillow cases. Not bad but not great.
