Very nice looking hotel. Location is not going to lie you will need transportation or walk little bit to get to places but area is very safe and most of all VIEWS are amazing!! cant beat it! staff is very friendly and room is clean! bathroom sink was draining little bit slowly but that was no issue. If you walk like 20 minutes to the boardwalk by the water they have many places to eat and drink and enjoy! GOOD place!

We had to stay a few extra nights due to flight cancellations and the staff were very compassionate and accommodating. Super quiet location with several nice restaurants nearby. The courtyard was a lovely place to chill and the rooftop bar has one of the best views in town! And the gym was a bonus that helped us workout out our stress!

Absolutely incredible hotel with amazing stuff. Everything was absolutely amazing. Even the rooftop, uh, bar was super nice to to watch the sunset and drink a cup of coffee or a pint of beer. We had the best time walking towards the town from this hotel. Next by the river And we definitely enjoy the free bikes.And I just loved it here.I will definitely come back as many times as I can

Great hotel and perfect stay in Porto! There is car parking too.

The breakfast menu is fresh, with many, many options. The staff at this Hotel is AMAZING, so helpful and kind. The location is away from downtown, which is exactly what I wanted, and is across the street from the riverfront. There is easy access to a Bus Line, and is close to the Crystal Palace Garden. The only disappointing feature was the cost of breakfast. I've had similar breakfasts at other hotels which was included for free. 18 Euros seemed very steep to me.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was welcoming and very professional. I went to the spa for a massage and Sophia took fantastic care of me. Everything was clean, relaxing, and overall a wonderful experience. Breakfast was great as well - they had buffet style with several options. If i return to Porto i will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, the staff were very friendly and breakfast was fresh. However, parking on site is a bit harrowing as you need to drive on the tram tracks to get into the garage (tight fit). Also, if you are on one end of the hotel around 5 am a party starts next door with pounding music waking you up!

The entire feel of the hotel is more on a 3 star than 4 star, from amenities to staff. Best part about the hotel is the view and rooftop.

Lukewarm cooked food

Don’t ever stay in this hotel. Totsll tip off. We are here for the wedding and thus hotel doesn’t give you Iron even. Air conditioners not in even in 23-24 degrees temperatures. TV is not working. There’s nobody to help. Staff said no technician to fix tv they will mot turn on the air conditioner until May. Soooo disappointed. Management should return my money.
