Great staff, great location. Close to key sites and easy access to transit.

It was very far from everything, Not with we expected.

A very modern and spacious hotel. Beautifully located with very friendly staff and wonderful views from the rooftop bar. We had a nice meal there and it is easy to walk into the town. I loved the cool aesthetic of the new and old blended together.

We were thrilled with our stay at Neya. We were there 2 nights and appreciated that they had parking for guests (20Euros/night) but they also allowed us to park our car there before check in. Check in was fast and every staff we met were so friendly and accommodating. We were grateful for the river view superior room upgrade which was a lovely to wake up to. The room was immaculate especially the bathroom which is so important for us. And the hotel was in a great location we never moved the car! We walked 15-20 minutes into city center or took the bus which was 3 minutes away.

Good location on the outskirts. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff were all helpful and friendly.

I want to be very fair so I’ll start from the beginning. This was a 3 night stay and I booked on Expedia. When 1st arrived I did not like the 1st room very gloomy no view (they call it garden view but it wasn’t pleasant) . They allowed me to upgrade to a much nicer room with a balcony overlooking the river for an upgrade fee of $80. Eve

Beautiful hotel on the banks of the Duoro. We had a duplex which gave us beautiful views. Hotel surroundings were lovely and peaceful. Room was comfortable with lovely added extras. Great choice at breakfast

Good food choices around(I loved the restaurant attached to the hotel)very kind staff, comfy bed, great water pressure,clean room and beautiful view from the roof bar and my room.

I appreciated that the hotel was green and trying to make our earth a better place to live. Staying there made me feel like I was contributing to the effort. The only complaint I would have is how difficult it was to turn the air conditioner on and that the charging stations for electronics were not working or charged very slowly. However none of that deterred me from having a good time. The views were wonderful.
