Good option if need to get to airport next day early

My room was clean, windows could be opened if needed and Thai restaurant one block away. A beautiful park with many walking trails and a creek running through it is only two blocks away.

Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Much better than the photo's suggest. Clean, bright, comfortable room. Excellent breakfast, fresh and abundant food, even fresh oranges to be squeezed! Ample self parking behind. Pet friendly too.

The place was a ten min drive to the airport. It was clean. Since they are eco friendly everything was dark when we arrived so I was unsure if we were at the right place. The beds were comfortable. The shower was slippery but clean.

We booked this property just for one night before our flight back to New York but when we saw the hotel , we decided not to check in and booked a better hotel even though we didn’t get refunded- which is very disappointing.

Really liked the hotel and the location. It was great value for money.

Central location, quick walk to bus stop for Terminal 1, quick access to numerous restaurants and groceries plus fashion stores. 4th floor rooms not to be recommended during summertime. Very hot under the roof

It was okay. When I asked the desk if they spoke English as my German is not expansive, they said yes. I then asked if they had a shuttle to the airport and she asked me to speak English. We also had questions that they weren’t able to understand or answer regardless of using google translate or not. While being called an airport hotel, it is over two miles walking distance and the busses are very difficult to map/some don’t run on certain days etc. we were given directions to walk a path through to the airport to catch a bus by the desk, and ended up having to walk a mile and a half following train tracks and our own sense of direction before finding a bus stop that barely brought us to the edge of the airport. It was nice for the few days if you’re looking to stay in Walldorf. If you’re looking for an airport hotel, this is not the one. PS We accidentally left headphones in the room, knew exactly where they were. Called on our walk to the airport and the phone number didn’t even go to the front desk. We were given another number and called but that did not work either. When we finally got in contact with the desk, they proceeded to tell us our room was very dirty (no way possible, we were two adults who cleaned up after themselves) and said they could not find them. They said they’d send an email when found and then never contacted us again. Very poor service.

The staff was very professional. Courteous and assisted with arranging a Taxi to the airport. The room was very clean and well equipped. Email communication was very efficient. Great for the price. A bus is nearby that also goes to terminal 1 every 28 minutes. Highly recommended.

Very nice staff. Speak German, but will work with you to find the right words if you struggle. Hey They called a taxi for me in the PM and it arrived perfectly on time the next morning am at a reduced rate. Area around the hotel is industrial, but safe. Nothing special, but good if you are passing through the airport on a budget. Room was basic, but updated, nice and mostly well-cleaned. Bathrooms seem newly updated and were nice. Coffee pot with instant coffee and tea options available along with a mini-fridge.

The area around the hotel was not very attractive, but the room, bedding and bathroom was very clean. The mattresses and pillows were rather hard, which I liked, but my kids not so much. If you travel by car this hotel is ideal for a one-night stay before a flight. The room rate can't be beat. We were worried about the limited parking spaces but ended up getting a spot right in front of the building.

Every time we go to Germany we like to spend our last night close to the airport to make things easier before our departure next morning. This was our first time at this hotel and definitely not the last. The price was very reasonable and the room was clean and quiet. I couldn't figure out the climate control so we ended up opening the window. Unfortunately smokers outside stunk up the room but that's not the hotel's fault.

It is certainly adequate for an overnight stay when arriving late or departting early at Frankfurt airport. It is just a 5km drive from airport to a quiet area. Parking is along the road side as there are few lots in front of the hotel but it is not a problem. Cleanliness is good and the size of the room is a good value for the price. There is a petrol station with store within a short walking distance.

The hotel itself is great. About 8 miles from the airport. I had them schedule a taxi for me in the morning to go to the airport. I CONFIRMED that they took credit cards for the fare. When I went to pay the taxi driver with my credit card as I didn’t have enough euros, he screamed at me, no card, no card. He didn’t speak English. It was a nightmare. He told me to go into the airport and take money out. He even called his company and they refused to take my credit card. Lesson learned. Have euros for taxi drivers in Germany. The gentleman at the hotel should have clarified since I specifically asked. And, it’s 28 euros to/from Frankfurt airport. Not 20-22 euros as I was quoted by the hotel. Disappointed.

We were only here for a quick stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Not really much to do/see in the area. Parking was easy enough if you can find a spot on the street. Really can only recommend if you need a place to stay before/after going to the airport. More than one night is probably too long. However, it sufficed for the one night we needed it.
