The parking attendant was very friendly, really helping us park and carry our luggage. The receptionist was also very helpful. We were very comfortable in the lobby because it was very clean and fragrant. But when we got to the room, we were shocked. The walls were full of stains, the mattress was dusty, the AC was not cold. Is this the quality of Regantris? We've been to the Royal Regantris, for a similar price, but the quality was completely different from this. Please improve, because I see so far there are no bad reviews, meaning this is probably just my bad luck because I got a room that was poorly maintained.

Much of the paint was peeling, and the black wallpaper hadn't been cleaned. While the lobby was nice, the rooms were just average. At least they were clean.

The room was clean and tidy, with complimentary snacks in the room (which not all hotels offer), a full range of toiletries, prompt and responsive customer service, and a delicious breakfast (I happened to be staying with my family, and everyone agreed it was delicious). I'd recommend staying here again in the future.

The room was lacking in cleanliness, especially the mattress and pillowcases. They were replaced immediately upon complaint. The room wasn't soundproof, and outside noise was extremely disturbing. Please improve the room's cleanliness and comfort. Before staying here, I also stayed at another 3-star hotel. The comfort, cleanliness, and soundproofing were far from satisfactory.

The location is close to everywhere, it's really good, the room is spacious, nice, clean! So far it's really good here, I stayed for 9 nights, but it's a bit noisy because the soundproofing isn't really there, you can hear people talking outside, the door opening and closing loudly, everything is really audible and it's a bit disturbing if you can't sleep.
