The hotel is ideal for a short stay (we were breaking up a journey to Batumi). Hotel has modern rooms and a great breakfast choice. Going out in the evening for food was challenging, you need a torch, pavements if they exist are not even. The area around the hotel is mot aimed for tourists. The website says the hotel has a restaurant and bar but it doesn’t, just breakfast service.

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the bus station. The reception staff were welcoming, helpful and spoke good English. The rooms seemed to have been recently upgraded. The room was very clean and adequate. None of the bed side reading lights worked. There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Adjacent to the hotel is a large tea factory which operates 24/7 and was quite noisy. Opposite the hotel is a large gravel / aggregate business which is not a very attractive outlook. The self service breakfast was very basic - no fruit juice or fresh fruit or freshly brewed coffee. The hotel seems to be used by coach tour groups.

Hotel was adequate. Breakfast was basic. Location was convenient for bus station, which is why we choose the hotel.

Banyo çok kötü, duşa kabinin kapısı kırılmış yenisini takmamışlar. Kahvaltı çok kötü çeşit yok denecek kadar az, yemek salonu çok kötü kokuyordu, kahvaltı yapmadık, hemen salonu terk ettik.

Genel olarak memnun kaldık, rahatlıkla kullanabilirsiniz

Otelin konumu çok iyi, güvenli otoparkı var. Kahvaltısı normaldi, geliştirilebilir bir kahvaltı. Tekrar gelirsek yine bu oteli tercih ederiz.

I asked for a quiet room, and the staff did what they can, I think. The ting that they didn’t mentioned was there is a open club right beside of the hotel that plays really loud music throughout the night and I mean, window shaking loud. I went down to ask for another room but they said there is construction on the other side so the problem won’t get resolved. If I had known this, I would had booked the hotel

Duşa kabin içi ıslanınca çok kaygan hale geliyor ekstra dikkatli olmalısınız, Düşme riski var.ancak personel çok yardımcı,bunu özellikle belirtmeliyim.
