We chose Hacienda Xcanatun to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and they were able to make my vision come true. Communications with event management was consistent, detailed and they made recommendations for service providers who were excellent. The coordination and collaboration between Hacienda, the DJ, photographer, flower arrangements and bakery for the wedding cake was spot on and everything came together beautifully. All our loved ones were so impressed with everything!!! We were so happy. They made our dreams come true. The grounds were immaculate, the food annd service EXCELLENT and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this property to EVERYONE!

Hard to rate this place. It’s beautiful and most of the staff were great. My gripe was with the copious amount of mosquitoes in my room and the managements lack of a solution other than suggesting I sleep in repellent. They did provide raid for the room and to be fair there were mosquitoes everywhere. But I wasn’t able to sleep well or relax in the room, which more or less ruined the experience. I’d suggest investing in mosquito nets if this is a regular problem, which management insisted it was. I’ve stayed in lots of high end places that have netting that adds to rather than detracts from their overall quality. In the end, I’d hesitate to book this property again for this reason. Otherwise, it was beautiful and the staff were lovely.

Everything was wonderful and truly met the expectations of a five-star hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff are excellent, always friendly and eager to help, and they speak very good English. There is a restaurant with delicious food and a changing menu, as well as a nice poolside bar. The hotel grounds are beautiful and very relaxing. The air conditioning is strong, which makes a big difference in the heat. It feels much cooler and more comfortable here, and the hotel has everything you need to enjoy your stay without even having to leave the property.

The hotel is a hidden gem in Mérida. Very beautiful architecture. Outstanding interior design. Rooms and amenities perfect for a romantic escape or a relaxing experience. The staff was super friendly and respectful. The breakfast menu had very delicious options. Congratulations!

We had an amazing stay. The pool, restaurant, and gym were all amazing. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Rooms were large, comfortable, and the bathrooms were terrific.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The property is stunning, the rooms are beautiful, the beds are super comfortable, and the amenities are fantastic. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and the food is also great (both in the restaurant and pool bar). My husband and I also got massages and that was the best experience. There is also a great churrro and helado place within walking distance and that did not disappoint. 😉

Beautiful place, amazing service. Our room was maybe the most beautiful room I had stayed. 2 swimming pools with great bars. We were lucky to be there on a night when they had a concert. The food at the restaurant was disappointing and expensive
