The hotel staff is nice and helpful, but the soundproofing is very limited, so you can hear activities from outside such as the sound of hammering, the sound of the water pump turning on, and so on, but everything else is okay.

The rooms were overpriced. Not worth it. The parking was limited and not safe. I've parked beside the management office and my car tire was flattened. The hot water was not functioning. Our request to change rooms was also not being entertained. Please avoid this hotel.

The staff is friendly and nice, it's just that the bathroom smells and there were a lot of flies when we stayed. The breakfast menu is delicious. If you stay for 1 night, it's okay.

I upgraded to the most expensive room, to 980,000 per night, stayed two nights, which should be up to the standard of a star hotel room. Rooms without TV broadcasts, bathroom hot water is problematic, no minibar and coffee/tea equipment or water heater, no breakfast, mattresses on the 2nd floor are placed on the floor, towels have to be asked for every day. In the rain, the balcony chairs got wet and the most unsafe thing was the uneven stairs and room floor. My son tripped several times.

Based on our notes, Mr. Ichan requested a room upgrade from the deluxe type to the villa type on Saturday with a room rate of 800 thousand and on Sunday with a rate of 600 thousand. One of the advantages of our Villa Level rooms is that they can accommodate large families of 5-8 people, at prices that are still economical when compared to booking 3 or 4 separate rooms. However, your input will be our concern for improving services and facilities at the Grand Pinus Hotel. Regards.
