Pros: Attractive building, clean rooms, strategic location. Cons: Staff friendliness needs to be improved, breakfast takes a long time to prepare.

Comfortable place, good for photos

A very aesthetically pleasing hotel, small but adequate. We were very satisfied with our stay. However, the downside was the noise from outside the room. At 9 p.m., a group of people were taking photos, disturbing our comfort. It was a shame, as the room itself was quite comfortable.

The explore type is good, direct city view, there is a bathtub under 1 million, but the wifi has no signal and all room types don't have breakfast

Rumanami is a comfortable place to stay and work. It's not too crowded, but it's still centrally located, making it easy to get food, groceries, and public transportation. The staff is also friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work.

The most comfortable place to get away from the noise of the city for a moment, which is right in the middle of Jakarta.

The AC is very noisy. The bathroom water is small. You have to wait a long time for hot water.

Ambiance/Facilities: The hotel had a peaceful and cozy vibe, perfect for relaxing! Food: Breakfast’s pretty good, you guys should try the fried rice! Staff Assistance: The staff very helpful. Highlights: The ambiance very calming. Price: With all the services and facilities we got, the price felt totally worth it. Location: The location is very strategic not too close to the main road, so it’s nice and quiet. Overall, I’d totally recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfy, friendly, and memorable place to stay.

The hotel is good and has a convenient room, but the air conditioner was not very good because it was not cool. Overall, it was good.

The building, location and rooms are relatively clean and comfortable. But the service and service are not recommended at all. For a hotel, they should provide good and fast service. I checked in at 23.00, the room could not be entered because the card tap machine was an error. I went back to the receptionist 3 times but I asked to change rooms but they still didn't give me any. With a very late position and tired from out of town, I was asked to wait 1 hour trying to access the room card but it still didn't work. After being disappointed, I changed rooms. Why not from the beginning, no need to wait 1 hour in the middle of the night. Please be an evaluation material for hotel management on how to provide the best service in the future. Hopefully an incident like this will not happen again.
