room was well kept, staff was very helpful and respectful, even with language barrier everything was understandable. Buffet and onsens were great.

It was as if taking a step back in time. Drifting off to sleep in a dark room with the snow falling through the positioned sliding windows as to not see any of the surrounding modern day buildings, was a marvellous experience that I shall treasure forever. Great amenities, a karoke room, natural onsens, a library and not to mention both a wonderful supper and breakfast, not to mention buffet style. My only regret is not booking another night! And the highlight for me was sitting in the natural onsen, both in daylight and below the night sky with snow falling, yet being warmed by the natural baths watching the world go by. 10/10 for me! Can't recommend enough!

We found the hotel to be convenient and has everything you need. The interior of the room is quite old, but everything worked okay. Eating at the hotel was fine with buffet dinner and breakfast.

温泉は別館が良かったです。部屋もユックリできて、全体的に好印象でした。

客室はまぁまあですね！紅葉が綺麗に見える部屋で良かったです。食事はお汁ものが塩分が多い。スタッフはスタッフは丁寧でした。

夕食、朝食のバイキングはとても美味しかったです。 その土地の郷土料理があるのが良かったです。

以前と比べるとバイキングの料理の種類が少なくなっていて残念でした。お湯質は相変わらず良くてお肌ツルツルになりました。

3回目の利用になりますが、今まで気にならなかった部屋の匂いが気になりました。鼻が慣れれば大丈夫なんですが、一度部屋を出て戻ると気になりました。カビ臭い？建物の古さ？分かりませんが気になる人は気になると思います。あと、今回は1Fが非常に暑く、冷房が故障してたのか不快でした。壊れてるならその表示や説明があってもいいかと思います。 それを除けば満足です。

温泉、料理などは大満足です！ ただ、この酷暑の中、節電のためなのか1階ロビーはエアコンがついておらず、外くらいの湿度の高い暑さ。卓球、売店、ゲーム、まんがコーナー全て暑く、ゆっくり楽しめなかったのが残念。フリーWi-Fiも1階のみのため、調べものなど不便でした。

朝食のバイキングが品数豊富で良かったです。 夕食バイキングのアルコール飲み放題がもう少し安ければ利用者が増えるのではないでしょうか？高かったので飲み放題にはしませんでした。

とても気分よく休日を過ごすことができた。

送迎料金が、かかった。 部屋は広くて良かったが、コンセントが少ない あと良かったことは、料理はバイキング式で、種類もあり沢山食べれました

施設は古いですが、清潔でした。百畳露天風呂が休止していて残念でした

綺麗なホテルで、バイキング会場もゆったりしており、ゆっくり食事が出来ました。大浴場のシャワーの水圧が弱いのと、脱衣室が湯上がり後でま寒かったのが残念でした。
