Location is okay, there were some street food stalls along the way in from the BTS station. It can be pretty dark and quiet at night if you walk in. It was a unique experience where you stay at a place for like-minded people where you can meet and interact with ease. Great facilities too. However, the warm water for showering is only available at certain timings.

The service staff is quite good. but the place is not very clean There was a plastic envelope in the room. and the door does not close completely
