The worst service accommodation in Bali.

It was very dirty, dusty, the AC was dead, only a fan was provided. I didn't use the room, so I ended up looking for another hotel. REAL Google reviews.

Booked a room for office staff so it would be close to the office. I didn't expect much, but it turned out to be worth it. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and it was easy to find a place to eat. Highly recommended, guys.

Dirty, moldy room. Dirty sheets. Dirty, smelly bathroom, not as pictured, no drinking water, no amenities

no tissue, no shower gel, no toothbrush, no shampoo, room is dirty. wifi doesn't work in the room & no signal too.

Good location in the city, but the first room I was given didn't have any lights. The second room I was given didn't have any soap or toiletries.

The location is strategic, but the experience of staying there requires careful consideration, as the rooms are highly unsuitable. Hopefully, the management can improve, as the location has great potential and is quite convenient, although the one-way road in front of the inn requires a detour.

Upon check-in, I was only given one towel. The TV was on but had no sound. I booked a queen bed but got a twin bed because the AC was broken. I tried to ask to be moved the next day, but there was no response. The female staff was unfriendly, even though I booked on my own app under my friend's name, but she told me not to interfere because I didn't book it. I smoked in the smoking area, but the staff didn't seem to believe me, even though there were cigarette burns on the table in the room before we checked in. The nightlight above my eyes was very bright. The facilities list said "toiletries," but there was no soap/shampoo, toothbrush, or even tissues provided. I checked out at 11:30 because I wanted to eat in front of the inn. I wanted to leave my luggage but wasn't given permission because once checked out, you're not allowed to leave your belongings. It was very inflexible. I also work in hospitality, but I've never been this inflexible with guests. Hopefully, they can improve in the future.

Actually the hotel situation is nice, but the room cleanliness needs to be improved. It's dusty, stuffy and the mattress still has hair from other customers.

At first I was hesitant to book this inn because some reviews said it was lacking in cleanliness. However, after some considerations, the price was affordable (under 200 thousand) and I only needed 1 night to stay, so I tried booking it. Wow, it turns out the room is comfortable, quite clean and the staff is friendly. I will come here again next time.

The reception staff was not friendly, when we asked for an extra bed the answer was very curt. In the end, we had to book another room.

Coming home late and leaving early is not a problem, everyone can access transportation that is available 24 hours, so don't worry.

There are a lot of price regulations like a 2-star hotel, but there is no toilet paper, table, or water. It is not recommended to stay at this accommodation. You will regret it. It is the first time I have found this accommodation in Bali that has many rules and the caretaker is careless and unfriendly, when checking in Mlah playing on the phone, not appreciating the castemer's arrival.

The sheets looked like they hadn't been changed. Lots of hair. One pillowcase was wet and the other was dirty. I asked for them to be changed but the staff didn't want to change them, saying it would be a hassle to have to clean them again.

don't stay here, the photos don't match reality. originally the room was dirty & smelly. the sheets were stained with dirt and the smell was everywhere. all the employees are not friendly, talking to customers feels like talking to animals. will never stay here again.

Stayed for 3 days, the room sheets and towels were not changed, even though I had asked for them to be changed.

Maybe the wifi could be better because in the room it often loses connection. It's only good in the lobby.
