Great location, in a modern hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent breakfast (best we had on our 2 week trip).

Very nice hotel, good food offers,

Transfer to beach advertised as free but cost us €20. The website got updated the same day after we complained. Pool side bar advertised but there wasn’t one. Rude staff in restaurant at breakfast and disorganised Draught beer wasn’t working so just bottles Coffee shop & cafe advertised but there wasn’t one Main bar seemed unmanned all day and had to continually ask reception for drinks Poolside area had empty glasses etc left for several hours Wasn’t made clear that the hotel can actually take us to the town in their private taxi for reduced rate- found out two days later to which we had already spent a lot of money on taxis and were stranded in town for 1 1/2 waiting for a taxi Private beach advertised but not made aware on website that it costs €25 per day. The hotel attempted to charge us €75 for the private beach and transfer. I challenged this price and was reduced to €45.

Best hotel I stayed in Sicilia. Really new. Worth every penny!

I loved everything about this hotel. Hotel is quite new - the rooms are very modern and very clean and comfortable. Food was AMAZING. Staff went above and beyond to give assistance - awesome staff! Ill definitely be coming back.

Very friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast. Access to the historic center requires transportation. There is a grocery store next door.

Amazing, clean, modern Great place to stay

La struttura è accogliente, ma il cibo del ristorante è pessimo.... abbiamo pranzato la domenica con la formula "all you can eat" pagando 35 euro a persona, con un buffet povero di pietanze, un solo secondo di pollo malcucinato, sembrava fosse lesso, due soli primi e dell'insalata... insomma cibo da mensa di camionisti! Sconsiglio vivamente il ristorante, nei dintorni ci sono molti agriturismi che con 35 euro a persona hanno cibo in abbondanza e alla fine ti offrono anche il caffè.... al Modica boutique ci hanno fatto pagare anche il caffè dopo un misero pranzo da centro accoglienza per profughi.

Hotel 4 stelle ma per quanto abbiamo passato lo valuto max da 2 stelle. Abbiamo trovato doccia guasta e abbiamo dovuto cambiare camere x mancanza di acqua al piano x problemi di autoclave ed impianto elettrico. Abbiamo riscontrato anche problemi di pulizia delle camere. La direzione ha ritenuto sufficiente x questi problemi che ci hanno rovinato la prima notte, portandoci a dormire dopo le 0.30, di sanare la cosa con una cioccolata da 50gr e un bottiglietta di detergente x le mani..... Sensibilità del personale buona. Sensibilità della direzione zero. Mi astengo su ulteriori commenti. Tempo perso...

For anyone who didn’t look at all the photos of this hotel, you’ll be staying in a petrol station, on the main road leading to Modica. While we could have looked through to image 25 and the satellite images, we had unfortunately not done so this time (but will be sure to do so in the future). This was the start to a stay that left a lot to be desired. Cleaning at this supposedly 4 star property apparently does not involve ensuring that the bathroom is stocked with soap and schampoo. Neither does it involve removing dirty dishes (coffee cups provided by the hotel) nor does it involve changing visibly dirty bed linen. Just making the bed up as is and putting the dishes on the side is enough here. The hotel also claim to have a private beach. We were sent on a wild goose chase by the front desk to find said beach, only to find that the place they sent us to didn’t exist, and once we had managed to find this supposedly private beach, it was indeed very private, but not for the guests of this hotel - but rather for guests staying at their separate hotel located on the beach. All in all, this is a fantastic hotel if you want to spend your holiday keeping track on those who runs from their bill at the gas station.

Un albergo veramente da consigliare

Un hôtel super avec un personnel au top niveau, Rare de rencontrer une équipe aussi dynamique sympathique agréable et qui fait tout pour rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. la situation permet d’aller facilement dans les villes avoisinantes comme Pozzallo pour aller à la plage. Une mention spéciale pour le restaurant de l’hôtel qui vaut vraiment le détour. (Séjour d’une semaine pleine en février)

Ci sono stato qualche anno fa e ritornando devo diete che le Camere sono ancora nuove e pulite! Si vede che mantengono la struttura ottimamente! Ottimo il ristorante. Il parcheggio interno gratuito è comodissimo per chi viaggia per lavoro.

Estancia muy agradable y seguramente recomendable. Punto a mejorar urgentemente el sistema de ventilación/aire acondicionado. No se puede regular desde la habitación a pesar de que haya instrucciones para hacerlo y por lo tanto hace mucho frío porque está programado para una temperatura de 21 grados. Espero lo mejoren.

Parkeringskælder. Virkelig skønt at slippe for at lede efter parkering + bilen står i skygge. Udvalget i morgenmadsbuffeten var stort og lækkert. På Sicilien drikke man ikke vand fra vandhanen. På hotellet fik vi udleveret to glasflasker og så var der gratis påfyldning af koldt vand fra dispenser (med/uden brus) Sæber var fra beholder med pumpe. Håndklæder blev skiftet ved behov under ophold. En lille smule affaldssortering var muligt på værelset.
