Sangat buruk dan sangat mengecewakan, customer merasa dibohongi, harga dari aplikasi tidak sesuai dengan kenyataan. Customer yang sudah bayar dari aplikasi traveloka akan diminta tambahan biaya kembali pada saat check-in, karena aturan dari pihak manajemen.

Buruk, banyak sampah di lemari, ada kecoa, kamar mandi kotor, WC nya ada bekas pembalut. Jorok intinya. Tv mati.

- Asked for an additional fee. - Incomplete amenities (only dull towels, free mineral water bottles & straws), empty liquid soap dispenser. - Good AC, TV channels are quite complete. - Room cleanliness is very lacking (dull towels, stains on linens) , pillowcases & lipstick stains on the wall, there are still hairs & pieces of shampoo sachets in the drain filter) - no Qibla direction. In general, it is very different from the one in the photo.

The price for traveling is 116,000 rb when you arrive at the place you have to pay 125,000. The bathroom has clogged drains.

This hotel is not actually a boarding house.

Bukan tempat penginapan yang aman. Masa datang dibilang "nginep gak" padahal tujuan memesan hotel ya memang menginap. Seperti bukan hotel pada umumnya.
