Good hotel and near to shopping malls

The room was quite clean, but unfortunately the bed sheets had holes from cigarette burns, the lights were dim, the AC wasn't cold enough, it was stuffy, and the smell of cigarettes made it necessary to open the door first. Oh yeah, I was really shocked at 4:30 in the morning when someone suddenly opened the door, luckily I woke up, from the clothes it looked like housekeeping, but shouldn't they know which rooms are occupied and which are not? The buffet food was delicious, hopefully it will be fixed soon, even though the location is strategically in line with the Sumatra route.

The hotel is all good. I had a bad experience here, I was robbed by thugs in my room.

Strategic location for everywhere and not far from the city

Room 207 is okay. Clean, AC is quite cold, TV is good, hot water shower is a bit hard to adjust so it can be very hot. The downside is the bed cover and sheets have holes from burning, maybe cigarette ash (?) Even though it is a non-smoking room, an ashtray is still provided. The breakfast menu is only fried rice, fried vermicelli and fruit. Too bad there is nothing to eat for breakfast for an 11-month-old baby. Wish there was chicken porridge/burjo. We also ran out of spoons and drinking water huhu.

The staff service is very bad, and not friendly and very slow. The bed is not clean, there are many spots and the blanket is torn.

Clean accommodation, delicious food, location near the city center.

Overall it's good, but the furniture in the room should be checked again, such as chairs or other things, because if damage occurs, don't blame the guest, in my experience when I checked in the chair was already cracked and when I sat down it immediately broke and then I was charged even though the fine list also did not mention broken chairs being charged.

For the place with that price, it's okay. But please pay attention to the facilities. Like the AC, maybe it's time to service it. TV broadcasts are also few. Facilities such as towels/AC remotes please provide them, don't ask for everything first 🙏🏻 for a delicious breakfast 👌🏻.

Moved rooms because the light switch gave off light and the lights in the room were off, but the replacement room's AC was not cold at all, the reason was because it took a long time to cool down. Even after a few hours it was not cold so they lent me a fan 😰😨😓.

The water is not clean enough. There are no tissues on the table. There are no sandals. There is no other food menu, only fried rice with egg and vermicelli.

The service is not friendly at all. If we want to reserve a female waitress, it's like we have a debt.

The staff is very rude, it doesn't reflect the hospitality, 3 days here they are always rude, it's really bad.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, neat and near the city center.

Kamarnya luas banget. Kamar mandinya juga bersih. Sangat nyaman sekali dekat dengan mall living.

The hotel is good, the facilities are all good, the service is good, God willing, I will stay here again.
