It was an amazing experience during stay at Galaxy. At the first time while check in, got welcome very friendly and helpful from the owner. The owner helped me to guide to the room and explain regarding the room and help me for order taxi to go to airport. The room is clean and wide and also the bathroom. If I go to Hanoi, I will stay again at Galaxy. The location is very strategic to get food.

The room for 2 people is just the right size, has windows, air conditioning, refrigerator, dryer, toilet exhaust fan, hot and cold faucet all work well. The hostess is friendly and enthusiastic, often asks if you need anything else, can call for room cleaning every day or not. If I have the chance, I will choose to stay at this hotel. Nearby amenities: nearby restaurants, delicious and reasonable prices, nearby hair salon ok, reasonable price, the lady who does laundry next door has ok price (but her laundry doesn't smell good at all)

The hostess is very cute and enthusiastic. I checked out early and left my luggage until late at night and it was still okay. I found the room to be very okay for the price, with enough amenities, cool air conditioner, clean bathroom, no smell, hot and cold water heater working well (I stayed in room 602 or 601 or something). There is a refrigerator, no dryer so you have to bring your own. The minus point is that the pillowcases are a bit discolored, otherwise it's okay. Oh, if you plan to stay here and then go to the center of the old town, you can ride a motorbike for about 20 minutes, there are often traffic jams in Hanoi.

Booked a room for 350k, stayed for 2 days, at around 12pm I checked in and the owner said he forgot to check the app so he forgot to leave a room, told us to go to the 8th floor to stay, but the elevator only went to the 7th floor, we had to go up 1 floor. Mineral water was charged separately, they said the room was cheap so they had to charge for water. I was just annoyed that she kept saying "room 250 is cheap so that's fine", while my room was 250. Hot and cold water sometimes came and sometimes didn't, remote TV, air conditioner, some had batteries and some didn't. My room on the 8th floor looked like it had been unoccupied for a long time.
