The room was dusty, the toilet was dirty and smelly. The electrical outlet was broken; I contacted the hotel staff on the day of check-in, but they only replied on my check-out day. The bed sheets were also dirty.

Parking is paid for by yourself for 3 days and 2 nights, you have to pay RM 39 for parking only. Air-conditioning is not cold. There are a lot of cockroaches in the kitchen. The toilet has a bad smell. I really don't recommend it and will never come again. Not highly recommended

The best apartment hotel with a sea view, large comfortable room, great bathroom, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, very comfortable cooking area, only the remote control for the econ was broken, not good, asked to change it, they said nothing.

For Indonesians planning to visit Mahkota Medical Center or just for a vacation, please stay here. It's very nice, clean, with large, and aesthetically pleasing rooms. If I go to Malacca again, I'll stay here many times.

The room size & facilities were actually adequate. From dining table, living room area, hairdryer, fridge, smart TV, bathtub and other utilities. The location is pretty far from Central (e.g. Jonker Street), however still accessible with Grab or 30 minutes-ish walk. The staffs were pretty helpful, the WiFi can't connect and they give several options. However, none of them work sustainably. So, the smart TV didn't work at all. My main concern was the cleanliness of the lobby and the room, I can still see the dust or visible dirt in my room. I believe it could be improved much much much better. I think, the room price could be increased as long as they provide better quality service & cleanliness. It was an okay stay. Not as bad as other reviewers review, but yes, I hope that they pay more attention to these aspects.

I was shocked to get such a luxurious and comfortable room for only around Rp 200,000. Awesome! I'll definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Malacca.

There is someone trying to open the door. They enter the room password several times. Ring the doorbell twice at the same time. They also tried to push open the door. The room is not entirely clean. There is still dust on the bedsheets. The bathtub cannot be used. The water keeps draining from the tub until all of the water is gone. The bathroom is a total mess. The floors are always wet because the water cannot drain through the sewer. The air-conditioning needs to be serviced.

Service is not good & flexible. Room AC is not working.

Bring the kids on holiday here, it's really great. The pool is large, the house is beautiful, complete with Netflix TV+aircond+bathtub+dryer+kitchen cabinet+dining table+sofa at a very reasonable price. The check in and check out times are also smooth. Only the female receptionist with free hair is a bit rude. Just say go ahead and get the side eyes package again. Maybe she's just messing with me because it's 2.35pm and I asked if I could check in yet. hahaha

The staff are very friendly, but there's one night the air conditioner was broken, I think, because it's watery when I turn it on. But overall, I really love it.
