Only thing we didn't like was how busy it was for swimming lessons and the hot tub not being very hot in the morning

Parking lot was pretty much always full. Hard to find convenient parking. Industrial area means the views aren't great (but not a deal breaker for us, just an FYI).

Clean and comfortable space. Staff provided excellent customer service. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool - even tried the water slide lol! Which would be a blast for kids. We were able to bring our dog which was a huge convenience for us and really appreciated as it isn’t common for many hotels!

The property was clean, easy parking, and the staff were friendly, first night that was weekend and hotel was busy was very noisy the wall like made by cupboard I could hear the neighbor walk or coughing, but fortunately weekday since not many travelers was quiet and no problem, I’m not sure I book this hotel in a busy time, otherwise everything was reasonable The property was well-maintained, with convenient parking. The staff were courteous. However, on the first night of my weekend stay, the hotel was quite busy, resulting in excessive noise. The sound of the neighboring made it difficult to sleep, as I could hear anything like footsteps and coughing. Fortunately, the hotel was quieter on weekdays, as there were fewer travelers. Overall, the experience was reasonable, and I would not hesitate to book this hotel again, provided that it is not during peak travel seasons.

They need to update their mattress- it’s nice to have a cleaned up room everyday - didn’t happen here. Staff were very friendly!

The water slide was closed, it’s only open on the weekends. If we would’ve known it before, we would’ve booked another hotel. The kids were disappointed.

Bryce was so good to our ringette teams! He went above and beyond to help keep the girls entertained from opening the waterside early to bei g a willing participant in the scavenger hunt. Thank you we really enjoyed our stay😊

Needed a safe place to stay during the massive power outage affecting Simcoe County, and surroundings. Very friendly staff, excellent comminication via messaging system, accommodated early check-in for all of us - including our dog. THANK YOU! One note: get a few sets of earplugs, dogs in adjacent rooms follow their own rules to keep the place the way THEY like.
