The room was nice and clean, with a very comfortable bed. Unfortunately there was difficulty accessing the room as the key card wasn't left, so after travelling all day it was pretty disappointing for it to take so long to access the room. The building itself was very difficult to find as Google maps did not give precise directions. The area felt a bit rough and potentially dangerous. I was woken up just before 5am with a message telling us to go to the owners cafe nearby to pay the visitor tax before we leave. Badly timed message and seemed strange to ask us to visit there for the payment, we decided to just leave the money in the room, as we did in previous b&bs.

Location is walking distance to Main sights. The room was impeccably clean and we loved having breakfast at the owners pastry shop around the corner with the locals. Wifi was unreliable.

The room was very clean and quiet. Parking was difficult.

It’s one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel. 1. The hotel is located on a very sketchy street with graffiti and trash and it’s completely dark in the evening. I’m afraid to get out in the evening for dinner. 2. It is located at the second floor (there are four sections of star is) of the building and there is no elevator. 3. The check-in is super complicated. The owner sent me this one-minute long video to show how to check in. There are too many doors to open and they need to be opened in different ways. They are all like riddles to me. It’s like an escape room. It took me half an hour just to get in my room and I felt absolutely desperate that no one was there to help. 4. I was not informed about the location of the breakfast until the morning after my second night in the hotel. It’s at another location. And I was informed only because they need to charge tourist taxes from me. And they need me to pay it at the breakfast location. 5. The room is super small with a tiny bed. The quilt is hidden in the closet and it seems they have never been washed. 6. The AC gives a weird smell. 7. They clean every day without changing the towels. It seems to me that they just changed the bed sheet and put the quilt back into the closet. 8. There are stains on the bed sheet. 9. Wifi with 2Mbps? It’s so slow that it’s almost like a joke. 10. The electricity suddenly went off on my second night here. There was no explanation or notification from the owner.

Lovely spacious room with AC, also large bathroom. Everything needed for a comfortable stay. Has a fridge in the common area if you need to store water etc. If you have a car, best to park it on the street after 5-6pm as the street empties out and several free parks become available at this time. The private car park is also nearby and is another safe option. Fantastic breakfast provided at nearby cafe!

Appreciated the large clean bathroom, beautiful balcony and comfortable bed. Host was thoughtful and flexible about checkin and held onto my luggage at checkout so I could explore the city before my flight. Breakfast was delicious at nearby Patisserie. Great experience :)

Good place for young people with backpacks. Very small room, no place for luggage. And a lot of stairs, which in Italy are much higher.

We were able to park on the street directly in front of the property. Clean and modern. Good beds. A bit small and must walk up 3 floors with no lift. Gianpierre was a wonderful host and also owns a delicious and popular bakery nearby where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast.

Reception was very good. Note that this BnB is on the second floor with no lift so it’s not appropriate if you have very heavy luggage or mobility issues. The room itself is ok. Sadly, the bathroom was not clean and there were cigarette butts in the bin, which stunk. Neighbours coming back at 1am could be heard and were very noisy. Breakfast is offsite.

Uncomfortable linens and terrible wifi. When I arrived my room was not ready at check in time. Then next day they woke me up at 9. Check in is supposed to be at 10:30 am but at 10 they were yelling at me to leave the place. I wouldn’t stay here await.

Chambre en bon état, logement agréables. Les moins : très bruyant, mauvaise insonorisation, on viens frapper brutalement à votre porte pour vous servir le petit déjeuner le matin avant 9h. Il n’y aussi pas de parking contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l’annonce. Il faut se garer dans la rue.

We had a great stay! Clean, modern and spacious room with balcony. Close to the city center with many nice restaurants. The host was very helpful, and we had the best croissants for breakfast at his patisserie nearby. Highly recommend!

Muy amable el Gianpierre y el lugar tiene lo básico. La zona fea, muy sucia.pero en cuanto entras mejora. El desayuno que incluyen en el Café que esta a unos metros es muy rico.

Riesiger Schimmelbefall im Bad, ist dem Eigentümer scheinbar egal. Allgemein war es nicht sooo sauber. Die Kopfkissen haben so sehr nach nassem Lappen gestunken, dass wir ohne geschlafen haben. Zimmer sehr klein. Die Gegend drumrum ist auch eher abschreckend und dreckig.

Molto comoda, vicino al centro, gradevole e ben curata. L'accesso è al secondo piano senza ascensore, dovrebbe essere segnalato. Le possibilità di parcheggio gratuito nei dintorni sono poche, i parcheggi a pagamento hanno prezzi economici.

Quarto novo e bem limpo. Banheiro moderno. O hoster foi muito receptivo e nos deu dicas muito boas de onde jantar. Café da manhã é na sua patisserie com diversas opções a poucos metros do BeB. Não tem elevador mas o hoste nos ajudou com a mala! Foi excelente.
