The location was excellent for us as we wanted the museum, almost opposite, and the Conservatoire only some ten minutes walk. It was also some distance from the stadium, where a very loud concert was taking place. Shops and restaurants were within easy walking distance. Much time would have been saved if the entrance instructions had explained the main entrance is not in Park Place but in St Andrew's Place. When checking out, we found two plastic cards which presumably could be used instead of having to key in security numbers each time, but this was not explained. Accommodation is tiny and pretty basic. Likewise the shower room lacked any refinement such as somewhere to put your washing things and the floor had not been cleaned properly.

Great stay. Lovely, modern, clean apartment. Only negative was the heat/temperature. There was a bit of a heatwave outside and the Dyson fan provided did nothing to cool the roasting apartment atmosphere. Aircon would have been welcomed but aside from that I would happily stay again (as long as there’s not a heatwave!).

The staff was great, amazing and effective communication throughout the stay. The room was quaint and cozy and close to everything I needed. Also loved having laundry on site. Remember, it is still a hotel, so the beds aren't the most comfortable and the water temp and pressure took some adjustment, but all in all, was a great space to stay

Lovely rooms and really great location. Perfect for us as a young family, where we could go out in the day and then pop back for a break or for lunch before heading out again. Would definitely use again if visiting Cardiff.

The room was very dirty and unhygienic, so i could not stay. There were silverfish and insects of the bathroom floor with mouldy grouting, spit stains on the mirror, and very dirty flooring. Very hot in the room with no windows. Very unhelpful staff members also, super disappointing but didnt look like the pictures

Room was very clean only downside was it bit noisy at night due to its location otherwise very good stay

I very rarely write reviews. I was in cardiff for work. It was a lovely studio. Nice clean room, TV, wifi, hotshower. Stone throw from town but nice quiet road. I wasn't driving so can't comment on parking. Instruction was sent via email but I received a phone call prior too. Very easy Instructions.

Great location right in the city centre. Room was clean and simple exactly what we needed for a cheap break to see a friend at the university

The apartment was in a secure, excellent location for exploring Cardiff. However, we felt the apartment was quite dirty upon arrival and lacked a lot of the basics you’d expect for the price we paid. The bathroom was mouldy, with stains on the bathroom floor and only half a toilet roll left for the entirely of our stay. The shampoo dispenser was broken, and so was the blind rail (we were able to fix this easily ourselves, but that’s not the point).

Very clean & close to the center

Great location and price very good. Room ok for a short stay. Unfortunately we stayed when really hot and there is no aircon or windows that will open so like an oven in the hot weather. Blinds do not fit too well so let light through.

Nice little apartment to stay at, the only thing that let it down was how incredibly hot it was. There was a fan provided but it generally blew hot air back. I would come back but probably just in the winter.
