I stayed at this hotel recently and was very disappointed with the cleanliness. Unfortunately, I found a cockroach in the room, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. For the price and rating, I expected much better hygiene and maintenance. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the cleanliness standards. This experience really affected my overall stay.
