The room is okay, comfortable, the service is okay for now, only the cleanliness needs to be improved, especially in the toilet, more attention to detail, and the rain shower can't be used, overall it's okay.

The hotel staff are friendly, but the room cleanliness is not very clean + the room lights are not bright (need to be provided with bright lights in each room), the swimming pool water is also a bit dirty. The variety and taste of the food are also lacking, hopefully in the future the facilities and breakfast at the Grand Arjuna Hotel can be improved and enhanced.

Grand Arjuna Hotel is considered an old-fashioned hotel, but comfortable. - The rooms are spacious (unlike modern budget hotels whose room space is cramped). - The hotel's location is in the Ciumbuleuit area which has cool air, quiet from the noise of vehicles, suitable for resting. - Large swimming pool - The breakfast menu is quite varied according to the standards of 3 and 4 star hotels, the taste is quite good. The additional price of breakfast per pax is also not too expensive - The cleanliness of the room is okay, only the carpet in the corridor outside the room looks like it is rarely vacuumed. - Because in front of this hotel there are many trees, so the leaves fall a lot, so the first impression of the front yard is that there is a lot of leaf litter. - The distance from the hotel to Indomaret / Alfamart is not walking distance (quite far). - Next to the legendary Bandung restaurant "Maxis" which has delicious food but the price is according to the standard Bandung restaurant price.

Feels like home, spacious parking

It needs improvement. For around 700 thousand, you should get decent facilities. And it seems like its star rating is questionable.

The staff, especially the restoration staff, are friendly and ready to help. The AC remote in the room didn't work, but everything else was fine.

The hotel staff and service were all friendly, tourist access was easy, and restaurants, including Indomaret and Alfamart, were also nearby. However, the TV entertainment system was still lacking, and the engineering team couldn't resolve the issue. This could be a point of review in the future.

The bedroom and toilet were overall nice and clean. There was no hairdryer or mirror in the sink, but the faucet worked fine, no issues. Breakfast was varied enough, just lacking in taste. Service was good.

The floor of the hotel room is peeling, the hotel is old, needs renovation.

If the room lighting wasn't dim at night, I'm sure this hotel would be busy.

This is the recommended hotel if you go to Bandung with your family.

When I first came in, I saw the bathroom was dirty, lots of hair hadn't been cleaned.

The bench on the balcony is broken, the power plugs aren't working... the lights aren't all working either.

The hotel is okay, although it looks old. The service is good, the pool is spacious, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is also good.

The room is not very clean, the TV is not a smart TV, an extra blanket is 25K, I paid but was given a very thin blanket, the blanket costs around 25K, hahaha, not a typical hotel blanket. The service is okay, yeah.
