Not soundproof, slow service at reception.

This is my first time staying here. My son was sad that he couldn't swim, he said it was under maintenance 🤦. The room is small, when I opened the sink it leaked and made a creaking sound. When I wanted to drink, the glass was dusty. The breakfast only had a few menus (I didn't eat fried rice 👍 & noodles, the green chili chicken was hard, I didn't eat tempeh, the peanuts were hard and anchovies, the green bean and ginger porridge 👍, and the whole wheat bread was also hard, the chocolate was not tasty). Only the service was friendly & good.

The room was dirty, the bathroom was filthy, and the faucet leaked. The staff and hotel operator were unfriendly. The elevator took forever to arrive, taking up to 20 minutes. The restaurant was dirty, and the food was also poorly presented. The hotel doesn't deserve a star rating or even a 3-star rating. This is a first-class or ordinary hotel. I was truly disappointed with my stay at this hotel.

The water in the sink wasn't running and the room wasn't air-conditioned, it was a bit disturbing to hear people moving chairs and closing the room.
