Overall, I think if you're not picky about the type of person staying, it's worth it because the design is minimalist. I happened to book a superior budget room for under 200. There's a shared bathroom on the 2nd floor with a hairdryer (my room also had a shower). You could still hear the noise from the next room, so I anticipated this by turning on the TV during my stay. The lobby has a pretty attractive design.
