Every time I go to Jember, I stay at this hotel. The staff are nice and friendly, but this time I got a room that didn't smell good. I booked for two people but only got one toothbrush. I also got a shower cap before but I didn't get one yesterday. For a 4-star hotel, the breakfast menu is not very varied, and the watermelon wasn't fresh. Hopefully, it will improve in the future.

The hotel staff are friendly, the quality of the breakfast menu could be improved, and the carpets in the hotel corridors need to be scented, so the corridors don't smell musty.

The variety of side dishes is standard. The main dish variety is lacking for a hotel of Java Lotus's stature. When I stayed there, the beer was also out of stock both at the front cafe and on the rooftop.

When I go to Jember, I always stay at this hotel because of its strategic location and affordable prices.

The service is good, but the AC is not cold at all and the shower head is easy to come off.

The hotel staff is not friendly (one receptionist), the pillowcases were not neat since I arrived, I asked for a replacement but they were still not neat, the water heater for drinking was dirty and crusty, ordering food, they didn't come to the room until I left without breakfast... very disappointed...

Strategic location, close to the city. Booked a double bed but was given twin beds. Even though it was confirmed at the beginning for a double bed. The bedroom, the floor was dirty, lots of dust, hair, in the bathroom and on the floor of the room were full of ants. Every time I go to Jember, I definitely stay here, but this time I was a bit disappointed, not like usual. I ordered a double bed but was given twin beds, lots of ants, lots of hair on the sheets and blankets, the floor was dirty. It seems like a different management, not like our usual stay. Hopefully there will be changes for the better.

From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was varied, and the staff was friendly. If I ever return to Jember, I'll definitely stay at the Java Lotus Hotel again.

The hospitality was good. Initially, I got a leaky room in 501 and was upgraded to 301. This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel where ants immediately appeared when I put food on the TV table. Normally, I don't get ants all day. The carpets on both the 5th and 3rd floors were not very clean and had holes in them, as if cigarettes had fallen in. They need to be repainted as some of the walls are still peeling or moldy. Once again, I apologize, but this was my experience.
