This is my second time staying at NJD. It's strategically located, not far from the main road. It's not far to the top of Gunung Mas, and it's also not far to the bottom of Bogor, right in the middle. This time, the room we booked had a balcony with lounge chairs and a kitchen, complete with cooking utensils, plates, spoons, and forks. So we could cook while we were there.
The downside was that the room couldn't be locked from the outside. We only realized this at night when we were about to go out to a cafe.
Another downside was that the sliding door to the balcony was hard to open and the door was clogged, so it couldn't be opened all the way. There were still pieces of chili, tomato, and onion on the plate in the refrigerator. It seemed like they hadn't been cleaned by the previous guest.
The room I booked this time also didn't have a blower, whereas the previous room, which didn't have a kitchen, had one. Oh, and another downside was the noisy mattress.
The upside was that I really liked the smell of the mattress.
There's a swimming pool, but there was volcanic ash at the time, so it wasn't suitable for swimming.
Well, for this price, there are probably many other hotels that *include breakfast*. But for those looking for a hotel with a strategic location, this could be an option.
