strategic location, clean room, comfortable room, friendly staff, only lacking a wardrobe for a deluxe class room but still okay, there are only 3 hangers, and coincidentally for the first 3 days in my room there was no table for shoes, only on the 4th day there was one, I stayed for about 9 days

I recently stayed at Front One Gresik and overall had a pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth, and I would like to give a special mention to Mas Buya at the front desk. He was friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. However, there was one thing I was a bit disappointed about. I had requested my room to be cleaned in the morning before I left, but unfortunately, when I returned later in the day, the room was still not cleaned, but its okay Despite that, the staff were generally kind and the location is quite convenient. I hope the hotel can improve on the housekeeping response in the future. Warm greetings from fellow frontliners, keep shining🌟
