My first stay during a business trip was, in short, satisfactory. The room was cool, the shower had warm water, getting out was easy thanks to the abundance of food nearby, and the breakfast at the restaurant was delicious.

staff very nice, very helpful. Clean ok just need to be improved for the toilet cleanliness.

The location is in the city center, and the food served is in accordance with Indonesian taste, the room atmosphere is clean, and the service is friendly.

Location in the city, easy to go anywhere, near the school so there are many snacks near the hotel. The bathroom is OK, only the bed is not comfortable, when sleeping it feels springy

There are no taxis, only tricycles. Looking for food is a bit far away.

Recommended for those who staycation in Tebingtinggi. You won't regret it.

Don't use slippery ceramic tiles on the bathroom floor.

Not bad for a small town like a high cliff, but the only downside is that breakfast is just heavy food, no desert or bread. Hopefully the next time you play at the cliff the menu will increase, OK?

When complaining about the TV not having old channels for repair, there were staff who were not friendly. Not enough kettle to cook hot water in the room.

Clean room, ok facilities for the price offered.
