The rooms are spacious, parking is on site, strategic location, access to the mall is close.

The room is quite spacious, everything is okay, but the room is not soundproof, sounds from above can be heard, there are no chairs in the room either, the bonus is that in the afternoon you can hang out on the restaurant balcony, it's great.

Quite disappointed because this is my 3rd time, the first & second time was worth it, but now it's really lacking... I booked the same type of room, but now there are quite a lot of shortcomings, especially in the facilities, please pay more attention, from the bathroom there are no toiletries, the TV can't be turned on, the shower water doesn't work for the heat, the bathroom air is stuffy so it causes an unpleasant smell, the phone is used but no one answers, basically it's very different from the previous time I stayed here.

Comfortable hotel, strategic location

The hotel's location is very strategic, it's not far to go anywhere, the first night of our stay the sheets and pillows smelled of saliva, it seems they forgot to change them, the last day of our stay was noisy from the morning with the sound of the bed being scraped and it continued until noon, the telephone in the room was just a display, it couldn't be used, slippers weren't provided, we had to ask downstairs first. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was good.

All the hotel staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was not very tasty. I brought my 7-year-old child, and the food variety for children was very limited.

I stayed for three nights and had nothing to complain about. The price is affordable for a city center as it is close to almost everything such as coffee shops, restaurants, malls, pharmacies, and many more. The room is spacious and comfortable. Most staff are very friendly, especially in the front office.

The first 2 years of this hotel's existence were quite good in all aspects, but as time went on, the comfort and facilities began to decline. For example: previously, breakfast was a buffet, but now the hotel determines the breakfast menu at check-in (guests have no choice at all)...so even though it was provided, I didn't eat it.

The staff is friendly and quick to respond to any issues. This is a consistent sharia hotel in Bandar Lampung, perfect for those looking for a budget-friendly staycation.
