I didn't expect the room to be so comfortable, clean, and super spacious. It's also right on the beach. Definitely recommended for those looking for a hotel in the Sanur area, as it's conveniently located. It's only an 8-minute walk to Icon Mall and a 4-minute walk to the beach.

Everything is cool, only 2 things are lacking, the mattress is quite hard and the bed sheets are a bit uncomfortable, that's all, the room is not soundproof enough.

I've never given a bad review before, but this trip was made uncomfortable by the hotel staff's disrespect upon check-in. Their attitude was absolutely appalling. The room was infested with mosquitoes and dead cockroaches. I highly recommend staying here.

The room design is beautiful. The living room and bedroom are separate. There's also a simple kitchen. It was a very comfortable stay at this hotel.

We have stayed here twice and everything was good, the staff were friendly but it was a shame the restaurant was closed when we stayed.

The location is very strategic, the services provided really helped me when traveling in Bali... for example: 1 day express laundry, bags can be left first when we check out so we can travel without bringing a full suitcase.

The check-in area is not classy. But in terms of the hotel, it's ok for families. Clean and spacious. The swimming pool is only for adults. There is no special pool for children. But everything is ok. Definitely want to stay again next time. Thank you y

Suite Khayangan. The unit is surprisingly spacious for such an affordable price, it has a mini pantry, dining table, living room, and the room is very spacious too. If you bring over a group or a family, this unit could accommodate 5 people. The place smells good and is also clean. The location is also strategic in Sanur, it's so close to many cafes, restaurants, and it's a walkable distance to the Icon Mall Sanur. For this price, it was really worth the stay.

In the evening, 3 hours before the flight schedule, the Citilink airlines to Bali was canceled due to the volcano dust in the Bali airport. I'm sure this hotel had a great location and services. But I was a no-show and no cancellation because the airlines closed in the evening (4 pm).
