Strategic location in the north of Yogyakarta, clean and comfortable rooms, small but clean bathroom.

Room 201, the AC smelled musty. Even though I asked for it to be cleaned, the smell remained the same. As a result, the door was left open all night and the AC was turned off. The staff refused to reprimand the noisy and loud visitors/guests/stayers from midnight until dawn. The shower gel was broken/out of stock, even though I asked the staff, but it still couldn't be used.

Comfortable according to the price, the guards are friendly.

If I go to Jogja again, I think I will stay at this hotel again because the price is affordable but I get a good hotel.

The way of explaining and giving feedback to customers could perhaps be done in a friendlier manner, although the request might not be accommodated.

The hotel was nice and the service was friendly. However, when I asked for a double bed in the app, I was given a single bed instead. The room size I was given wasn't the one I was supposed to book. The bathroom floor was a bit wet and slippery. The app should have said there were no garden or mountain views if the windows were covered with stickers. The walls are also made of GRC, so knocking on the next room was audible.

I stayed here for two nights. The room was clean, the AC was noisy, but the service was very prompt. I requested a change of bedsheets due to a stain, and the response was prompt and resolved. Unfortunately, the room wasn't soundproof, and the sound of footsteps and doors closing often startled me. Furthermore, the cafe's customers were very noisy, which was very disturbing.

In room 102, the bathroom had a lot of small debris behind the bathroom door. In room 104, the exhaust fan wasn't working properly, making the room damp.

The location is close to the ring road, but it's easy to get around because when you exit the street, you'll find a traffic light leading to the city center, like Malioboro. There's also a cafe right in front, so you can relax if you need to get some work done. The rooms are quite comfortable and the hotel amenities are complete.

Stayed here for 2 nights, they have 24 hours reception open so your check in time is flexible. The room is clean and comfortable enough to rest. The location is quiet easy to find and prety close to the city centre. They have a small cafe but unfortunately we dont have the chance to try. Overall 9/10.

In terms of appearance, this hotel is quite attractive and modern, with affordable prices. The rooms are also clean and well maintained. However, there's no hotel service, such as staff helping with luggage. Furthermore, the TV still uses an analog signal, so you won't find any desired channels (SCTV, Mentari TV).
