I'm a traveler from Kota Baru Ujung (Perdamaian) who stayed for 2 nights on June 28-30, 2026. The room price was affordable, the room was clean, the toilet was clean, the water was running smoothly, the AC was cold, and the environment was quiet. Initially, I was hesitant to book because of the many bad reviews, but after staying, it turned out to be fine, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. If there are any shortcomings, I hope the management can improve them.

There is no bath soap and shampoo

The staff didn’t speak English. The room was extremely dirty, the pillows and blankets were covered in hair and the sheets looked like they hadn’t been washed. The bathroom was horrible, and the water was especially dirty. I had to move out immediately and forfeited the room fee.

Not recommended hotel near here. Please don't book. It's enough that I got scammed and lost my money. It's true that it's not bad without reason. The room smells. The water room has a pool of water on the floor. There are no soap towels. The room looks like it's never been cleaned. I checked out early, an hour before I came in, then decided to check in to another hotel. It's not okay to stay. Bad experience.

The toilet walls are dirty, at 4 am the room door could be opened by someone, fortunately I locked it with a key attached so the person couldn't get in. Asking for a refund was not possible, it's okay to lose 1 night rather than endanger yourself by staying at this hotel. Very dangerous for tourists, not recommended.

The room was very dirty, the room was smelly, the toilet had traces of human waste, there were cobwebs on the dirty damp mattress. I won't come here again.

Good Security and ada elevator. The cleanliness and hygiene very bad. Bilik bau. Bantal ada bau. Berdebu. Langsir kotor. Toilet pun ada bau. Lantai dinding ada condensed sbb aircond kot. Sejuk mat pijak lantai tpksa guna selipar nak ke mana-mana. Nasib book hotel with price cheaper. But i found way more cheaper than this with a good cleanliness and hygiene.

There ' s no personel to check us in and all of the calls we made on the contact number they posted on their door all went to voicemail.

Sprei, sarung bantal dan selimut, banyak noda, noda air mani dan sejenisnya (ini jujur jorok sekali), seperti tidak diganti antar tamu yang masuk, diantara kekurangan yang lain, seperti kartu masuk tak bisa di scan, toilet kotor, handuk berbau, air tergenang, lampu mati, tidak sesuai foto, walaupun harga bersahabat namun harus tetap memperhatikan kebersihan dong ya.

Photos do not match the original, the room is stuffy, smelly, the water is not flowing, the sink is clogged, the AC is leaking, the room is dark, there are no windows, it is far away, the receptionist is not on standby, check-in time must be delayed by 1 hour. Complaints were not served well, the receptionist and owner were not responsible for the inconvenience of hotel guests, there were deposit deductions which were not explained from the start and were not recorded on the deposit receipt, lots of deception. The hotel is not recommended for staying.

According the price 😅 no tissue, no trash can, no toothbrush toothpaste soap and shampoo. But I have a good night there 😂.

There's no bathroom hanger, no mineral water, no toothbrush, the hairdryer can't be used, it's just a display, the TV has no signal, there's absolutely no mat for the entrance to the room, at least for the bathroom mat, there's no wifi in the room.

The service was not good and the room we ordered was there and we had to change to another room and add money. It's hard to find food there and there's a lot of lack there.

location at tabuan jaya, between Kuching centre and Kota Samarahan. Budget hotel with the comfortable clean bedroom. facility such as parking, tv, hair dryer, water dispenser, towel and so on. It just worth to stay here if you need to budget yourself.
